In second place at Yuruverse is Izunyan, a fashionable cat-like fairy who enjoys changing clothes and eating mandarin oranges. Izunyan is the mascot for Izumiya Shopping Center in Osaka.

Ya-ya-nyan, the mascot of Owase City, is a welcoming cat whose clothes celebrate Owase's nature, culture, and fishing industry. The name "Ya-ya" comes from the unique "Ya-ya Festival", where people dress in white and fight in the streets. Ya-ya-nyan’s special skill is being able to sleep anywhere.

Ryuo Sakura-chan, a cheerful and energetic dragon girl from Tsu City in Mie Prefecture, promotes the Ryuo Cherry tree, a local monument. She is accompanied by Wolf Jiji, a grandfatherly wolf.
