I started replaying the Link's Awakening remake after the Zelda direct. I always forget how good this one is. And the fact that it was originally on the Gameboy is mind boggling. Definitely in the top 5 Zelda games for me.

Now that the initial shock has worn off, the OoT remake art style is growing on me. I still think the faces can be a bit strange but other than that the environments look great. I can imagine running around looking at stuff for hours.

Shiny gen 2 Corsola, let's goooo. So far I've gotten a Snubbull (female), Azumarill (male), and now Corsola (female). Though they all still need names. I really like gen 2 shiny breeding. The system has a lot of technical nuance and I'm sad it never came back in the later games.

Trying out old shiny hunting methods before Bank shuts down. Currently shiny breeding in gen 2. Like, did you know in this game not only is shininess genetic, but mons can have a "recessive shiny gene" in that they won't be shiny, but can still pass it on to their children?? This is wild and cool.

I should make another adopt. But need an idea of who / what to make. Any ideas?

Just got 8 shiny magnemite off of one pokeradar chain in Pearl. Man the pokeradar was busted.

I just watched the new Spider Man movie. It was pretty good.

A friend talked me into giving FF14 another try. Y'all will know if it goes well or not depending on how many hyper booba Lalafells and Moogles I post in the next few months.

I think Freya Crescent is rapidly becoming my favorite commander deck. Built mine with a bunch of little weenie token generators and "combat matters" equipment. It's so much fun.

Pokemon Champions is pretty fun, even if I'm really bad at it. Built a sandstorm team around my Tyranitar from Z-A. I think my biggest issue right now are the limited hold items. Otherwise pretty chill.

The Vermis books by Plastiboo are so cool. I really wanna do something like that. Like make a strategy guide for a fictional game.

I've been working hard to catch up and stay ahead of comms. Now I finally have free time again to work on personal projects! Gonna finish up a pico 8 game and release it on itch. It won't have boobs or girl-dong so nobody will check it out, but I'm excited. Will be a blast.~
