No background for the atmosphere, that can be used for another time, I kept it simple and focused on them.

Ruined painting can't be traced with window light directly onto another paper because the paint is thick, so I used the "carbon method", but with graphite and tracing paper. I really like the pose 🥺 it's worth giving this drawing a second chance 🤞

Update on the ruined painting: it's awful. I tried acrylics, I don't like it, I might trace it and go from there 🤞

It happened, my toddler got to my painting 🙃 Now, this was completely my own fault! I left it out there, the wet paint, brushes, etc, unsupervised at arms reach 🤦 but maybe it was for the best, I wasn't happy with how it was turning out, I'll try to save it 🤔 Or not, idk.
