So, one of my fears about the current admin has been allayed: I just got my new passport hand-delivered to me by a very friendly Royal Mail carrier. For those not following along, I sent it off for renewal 2.5 weeks ago from the US Embassy in London, and I *already* have it back. 😓

I’m going out for a haircut now, and having lunch with some friends nearby in a couple hours. Why, yes, I *am* avoiding doing the household chores I need to do. I live alone, and I know exactly what needs done. I can do it later. 😤 😭
