im ok now.. but that was really scary. i feel a bit scared to take the pre workout ever again after than experience, it took 6-7 hrs to come down from it properly 🥲

guess who accidentally took more pre work out than directed bc i used the wrong scoop and had 1100 mg of caffeine instead of 300mg.. i feel so unwell and lightheaded, i got pins n needles n my heart sounds so loud, im genuinely tweaking 😭 NOTE TO SELF DONT USE THAT SCOOP. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

i think post gym body dysmorphia isn’t talked about enough , particularly if you already have it before starting to go. because its rough out here… but we keep trying 💪
