The word sacrifice means to make sacred. Sacred means dedicated or set apart for the service or worship of a deity ie holy We have dedicated works for the taking of human life, and for clarity we should probably stick to those.

My thoughts today are with the people od Ukraine, being attacked because they don't want to be part of a country that holds human safaris. 20000 stolen Ukrainian children, still missing from their homes. My thoughts are with the people of Palestine, killed and maimed 1/2

War isnt inevitable. It's a fear reaction, but we don't have to live in our fears. Not to mention the fact that we are capable of growth. Sure we have the capacity for aggression, that is essential for survival. We have, however, also evolved logic and reason. Foresight and planning. 1/

The physicality of peace is completely possible We cant go all hippy sippy, because this is a lesson we have to learn with wcen generation. We don't have control on whether war comes to we but warring with each other is senseless 3/

And it would seem the next levels are all about sense mastery. If leaders still want to fight, let them. Live stream it, make trillions. The aggressor must fight. Defenders can sub. We'd soon hear an end to all this war is inevitable tripe 4/4

We are nore than capable of achieving piece. Right now All it would take is for the aggressors to stop. And just like that, we would all be instant winners There is a universe of difference between Cant Have Peace and Fon't Want Peace. 2/

Yeah, really don't think the dept which spent millions denying disabled people their entitled benefits, have proven themselves capable yet of being trusted with access to vulnerable peoples bank accounts. People died.

Incredibly disappointing news about Jackdaw. As if multiple heat waves and droughts through to Octiber haven't been warning enough. And it won't be cheap either will it? We'll pay for it again and again and in the end it might even cost us the earth.

We keep getting stalled in debate but this isnt about the intangible. It's not academic, the reality is on the news,, documentaries on google earth. And it's devastating. We don't live in a space of belief, it is our actions, not out thoughtd which impact abd effect others 1/

All reports, by all sources show that the reality is causing great harm to all of us We can respect the right to hold any belief without having to share it And the only way to ensure anyone's freedom of religion is to uphold freedom from it. 2/2

I dread to think what it would be like to be in hospital, scared and unwell and your right to exist is denied. That staff have the right to mistreat you based on prejudice and personal belief. Terrifying There have been numerous reports of the great dangers faced by women over the last 5yrs 1/

Could have beenspent on actual protection of women. If you actually cared about women, why would you ever foster and perpetuate a rhetoric that makes life more dangerous for women? Especially one most commonly associated with 3/

Notably the reports on women in custody, and women and children in mental health in patient facilities. Abuse and assault in custody and care. Mixed wards due to over crowding, adults and children without sufficient staff So many places where the money which has been spent in persecution 2/

There is no denying that there is a spiritual element to the tensions we're facing atm. How to address this issue sensitively? It's that confusion, that ignorance that's the issue. We've spent a good while recognising and celebrating our diversity. Long overdue and quite rightly so 1/

Maybe though, we've ended up silo'd, and we could do with som rebalancing. Multiculturalism .has been our flex for a very very long time,. Multicultural events- especially food based ones - are popular in many cities, so maybe we can set up somewhere more formal? 2/

Spaces where our common goals can be shared. Social and community spaces, holding classes, events and working with local services to help bridge gaps. Learn who we all are and, how to be and act with each other respectfully. 3/3

The majority of UK prisoners have a functional skill gap Meaning they entered adulthood without the necessary skills needed to survive We cant rehabilitate folks who never got to habilitate in the first place 1/

If they deserve it. Ask yourself if you do. Because if we don't have to keep picking up the pieces of badly prepared human beings, we can spend that money on stuff that makes our lives better, not just stops them getting worse. So how can we all pitch in? Learning apps or a boost to adult 3/

Education? Tac relief for empty home landlords for temporary housing? Skill share programmes or apprenticeship schemes? Craft/activity groups or adult themed reading events would help keep folk busy and warm. SME mentors and support programmes Just a few ideas to get it going.... 4/4

Of course we can address this, likely a million ways, from the education side, but we don't have to write off all those folks In every budget its cheapet to help than ro neglect. It can be tricky to find the empathy, so if you're not in that position don't ask yourself 2/

The sneaky beaky skill set seems to be in much admiration atm. Like any skillset though, it's strength is relative And, as with the other skill sets, the effectiveness of its application is dependent on those same said skills Probably the most dependent You don't even need to go historical 1/

All those perspectives Skill sets, beliefs, they're all part of the picture. It's only when we add them all in that we can actually see what's going on. Get that true reckoning of reality and see what is helping, what is healing and what is harming. If we can talk needs, rather than the 3/

For egs. You cam watch them failing in real time. Even with a reality cushion. There is no single skill set which provides what we need to survive. No single thought system. No single group of people, that can guarantee survival of the species. We are the living proof. 2/

There does seem to be some confusion. It's not 'Your genocide is bad' Its 'All genocides are bad'. The moral objection is to the action, not the actor. There is no justification which can be used in its defense. None

To invoke a universal protection, one must hold that truth as universal. No caveats. No exemptions No lip service. No technicalities. And definitely no backsies It's Good Faith, not the Bad kind.

Was quite validating to learn of the AI agent competitions That AI agents end up following the same detractive behaviours as humans to win the competition, The idea that competition brings about the best results is an old one A trial. Like by the gods Ritual & tradition are important, 1/

So long as we remember the lessons they're supposed to be teaching. I think we've got more than enough data points of the lengths which will be explored in the desire to be crowned winner. Including destroying ourselves and our planet. Perhaps time for a new method? 2/2

Since we created it, business has been a tricky one for humans to balance. Guilds, standards, trademarks and seals to ensure quality and accuracy. Taxes, tolls and tariffs to mitigate he impacts. They've been used to exert and subvert control, to topple empires and change the course of 1/

Unspoiling before our very eyes, you couldn't do any of this without the freedoms of democratic systems This is our creation, there is no reason we cant make it rewarding to all. There are plenty of places you can play those sorts of games - being so far removed from the 8mpacts of 5/

The impacts and consequences it really shouldn't be any different. In reality though, we need more getcha energy more than we need the endless gotcha. It's time to talk business, serious business. 6/6

Technical capbility which affords great power to busines predictability, things are getting weird. Creepy weird though, not off beat eccentricity weird. As more focus goes to data iumping and dependency creation, the balance seems to be more out of wack than ever 3/

How can we create a functional reality without getting lost in the fictional fantasy? Is it possible to avoid the neurochemical traps which make ideas like polluting our home, child labour or social annihilation seem like viable courses of action? Bcos despite the fashtopia currently 4/

Societies and nations People have done all number of shady shenanigans under the banner of Just Business", including but not limited to child exploitation, trafficking and slavery. In some places, businesses have more rights than people, places or plant stuff. Now we've reached a level of 2/

No child should ever have bear the legacy of oppressor. The horror and guilt. The burden of a debt you did not, would not ever incur, and which can never be settled. The embarrassment that their place in the world wasn't earned, it was stolen. The sadness of realising their ancestors 1/

Had lost faith in themselves. There is no enviable position on this coin, but thankfully there is no obligation for it to be spent. We cam cast a new mould, Rise instead of fall. Be the turning point for our species, marking the beginning of a new golden age, rather than the end of us all. 2/2

I've seen a fair few call out the claim of Broken Britain narrative, and rightly so. So why do the sparks still seem to fly? Well the scarcity might be artificial but that doesn't mean the impacts arent tangible. Proportionally or otherwise, there have literally never been this 1/

Chemicals impar our reasoning and processing. We know that we are angry. Hurt and fearful and our brain provides the rest. Catastrophisng to the nth. Broken Britian is short hand for I cant live my life well' So instead of asking why people think Beritain is Broken, let's start asking what 3/

Life is actually like for those who hold this opinion. What are the struggles? What are they trying to achieve.? What are the barriers stopping them? What would help them in that moment to get them closer to that goal? Break down the sound bites.. Find the real. 4/4

Many people in poverty in the UK before Impoverishment can't be truly assessed from stats or Dickensean prose. For millions of people to be in this situation, something definitely isnt right. Wr focus a lot on the noise generated by anger, but as I've said before high levels of stress 2/

Reform have received some silly money in donations. Years from an election cycle To be spent on what? More PR, propaganda and Party conferences? That money could do serious good right now. It could change lives - today. But it's not 72m for Social Care. 1/

Even if you don't 'trust the government's there are still plenty of ways to help. Immediately. No waiting. There is no perfect way to help, and anyone saying otherwise is looking to control, not care 2/2

STEM focus has had a significant impact on our general media literacy. I love a good Cautionary Tale but a lot of folks seem to be missing the points, by a fair wedge. Maybe we could widen the speculative field a bit? Allow the possibilities...

RNLI are volunteers. They test their skill and courage against the power of the sea and weather. To save lives. Because the sea takes no sides. Meanwhile self claimed Patriots spend their time spreading hatred, fear and abuse. Please, spare us your so called love.

Ingenuity and empathy where we shine the brightest We don't survive infancy without it, and the better our cate, the more we improve. Attention. Nourishment. Time. We're not going to get through this on technicalities, and we're still here , so all is not lost. It's not over till it's over. 3/

This is an occasion we can rise to and come out of it with a ridiculous glow up. Bullying is indeed a human trait, and you can argue perhaps it may have served us once. Ago. Let's close this lesson loop, Blaze a new reail. Stop revolving, start evolving. 4/4

Given that its brought us to the brink of extinction, perhaps we should look to our own strengths. Cos we are pretty epic y'know. One of the earliest signs of our distinguishment from other mammals comes in the form of a set ans healed fracture. And it's always that unique combi of 2=
