One more work day and I’m on vacation. I don’t have any plans my son will be around on my days with him so I’ll have like 5 out of the 8 days to myself. I’m just looking forward to the sleep to be honest.

Oh, I totally forgot to post this but episode two of 31 days of horror is out there. I cover six films and the other shenanigans I’ve been doing this month related to Halloween. Listen or don’t.

My #lastfourwatched aren’t that bad this week.

Returning champion xander kane brings La Cérémonie to the show this week. Listen as my internet decides to cut out early but we get things fixed and had a good time.

I am having one hell of a day today. The truck you see pictured is my third truck of the day. my regular truck The emergency break was broken so it had to be replaced then that died around lunchtime and now this one will not turn over. Plus my kids favorite toy broke at school. Oi vey!

Episode 1 of the yearly 31 days of horror podcast is out and this is what I’m talking about. If you’re new to this shin ding in October I try to watch a horror movie a day. These episodes are like an extend what I’ve watched for the week.

Today was a day. My kid had his confirmation. I know but vaughn your an atheist. Yeah yeah, doing this more from my parents than anything else. I think his grandmother would be very proud of him. I’m very proud of him. I know his mother is very proud of him.

Spend time with yourself. Paint, makers, pencil and pen on canvas board. I’ve had a lot on my mind lately. Not sure this expressed it.

Well it’s definitely the spooky season. I can’t wait to listen.

Started watching Ted lasso. An ex suggested it to me and we started watching it together, but that ended and my interest in the show kind of weighed. Now with fresh eyes I’m really enjoying it.

Waiting for food earlier and the place I was in was playing some kind of 50s music and I just started dancing around the empty restaurant. Getting giggles from the cooks always makes me Happy.

Eric Schmitt should be embarrassed. Missouri, you voted this guy in? What a joke. 

There’s a new episode of the podcast out there in the ether. It’s all about the films of Duke Mitchell. If you haven’t seen either massacre mafia style or gone with the pope, I hope this episode pushes you towards watching them.

Just watched the Duke Mitchell Jimmy Durante tribute that’s on the grindhouse releasing of gone with the pope. Mitchell does a dead on the impression but him dressed up like Durante it just looks like a weird Halloween costume. There’s a record affiliated with this as well.

Worth taking a watch if your as interested in this as I am.

For a nor’easter this weather isn’t that bad.

Film director Toshio Masuda (Red Quay, Rusty Knife, Tora! Tora! Tora! etc) has passed away at the age of 98.

This looks fun

New episode of podcast was released into the wilds of the internet. Erin from manic movie monday brought the 1977 film Looking for Mr. Goodbar. Topics brought up: female empowerment, the melting pot of ideas and politics in the late 70’s, Christian guilt and a myriad out of other things.

Next episode of the podcast will be on looking for Mr. Goodbar from 1977. I can’t do this episode by myself so I’m bringing in Erin from manic movie Monday to help me out.
