Pleased to share details of my work with Emily Maitlis on BBC news. I discuss the important role education plays in the results of an Out Now research study of UK LGBTQ+ respondents.

"It's not just about economics. It's about values. There's a moral component to the choices we face right now." Obama nails it. It's well past time companies got the memo—supporting chaos, cruelty and corruption isn't a winning business strategy. Not now, not ever. Vote. 🗳 #Inclusion #Respect

Among all the appalling things this US administration does, imprisoning thousands of children must rank at the very top. Many of the children they put in prison camps are unaccompanied and appear before courts with no lawyer to represent them. Some are as young as two years old—and all alone.

SCOOP: Spokesperson for Sen. Ron Wyden told me he is investigating 2 for-profit companies running new ICE facility for unaccompanied children set to open in Louisiana. LaSalle Corrections and 'humanitarian response' firm Anovaeon LLC are facing Wyden's scrutiny. www.thequeenzone.com/scoop-top-se...

Doubling down on an advertisement attacking an abuse survivor is very on-brand for him—he's had years of covering up the Epstein Files and ignoring what happened to survivors

Vance is attacking Republicans that criticise Vivek Ramaswamy's appalling ad, an ad which exploits an elderly person in his attempt to attack his opponent. With less than two weeks until the midterms, Republicans seem to be behaving like rats fighting in a sack.

The new White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia retweeted this last year: "If the DOJ will cover up for Epstein pedos, how can we trust them to go after these guys?"

Ian Johnson@mrianjohnson.bsky.social

"Epstein transported her to New York or New Jersey where she claims he introduced her to Trump, who forced her into a sex act. She estimated she was about 13-15 years old, which would place the dates between 1983 and 1985" www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

Dear White House press corps, Please ask the new White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia about her 2025 retweet of this post: "If the DOJ will cover up for Epstein pedos, how can we trust them to go after these guys?"

The BBC's Have I Got News For You, on this week's RAF Fairford security incident: "The suspects have all been released on bail to the surprise of Donald Trump, who exclaimed — 'How do you give bail to a terrorist?' Beats me Donald. How do you give the presidency to a sexual abuser?"

He should have added Aberbaijan vs Albania to his list - that would have convinced the Nobel Peace Prize committee 🏅

MAGA, I ask again: Do you ever get tired of defending this petulant, whiny beta male?

When the best computer programmer for the job is a woman, you hire her. Margaret Hamilton is a pioneer example of exactly what DEI does. Farewell to this brilliant woman. #WomenInTech #TechSky

White evangelicals need to wake up to the immense dangers of ignoring traditional Christian values in exchange for access to power. “Particularly among white evangelicals…going to church actually makes your views more extreme. It’s not the case that more church is the answer to democracy.”

theguardian.comWhen is the right time to compare US politics to the Nazi era? This expert on Christian nationalism says: nowRobert P Jones argues that declining white Christian influence has fuelled an alliance with Trump, and warns it is reshaping US democracy

Vile. ICE puts unrepresented young KIDS alone in front of immigration judges. One asks an unaccompanied 13-yr-old why he shouldn't be deported “‘I don’t know,’ Angel replied before bursting into tears. He stared ahead stoically & continued to cry, eventually saying: ‘I have no one. I have nothing”

Nancy Levine Stearns@nancylevinestearns.bsky.social

🚨NEW by me: New ICE facility for unaccompanied migrant kids is about to open in Louisiana. While ICE is sanitizing optics, calling it the "Alexandria Family Staging Center," lawmakers and child advocates are raising the roof warning of child trafficking risks. www.thequeenzone.com/new-ice-faci...

Interesting. On 3 January 2027, when the Senate convenes it is under 34-31 control of the Democratic party—regardless of the election results. Because Democrats will control procedure, they could act to retain Senate control in response to any false electoral fraud claims attempted in the House.

Broadcaster Dame Esther Rantzen has died aged 86. She hosted this incredibly moving 1988 'That's Life!' episode, introducing Sir Nicholas Winton to people he saved from the Holocaust, when they were children in Prague in 1939. "Can I ask, is there anyone here tonight who owes their life to him?"

42 years ago Madonna at 26 opened the first ever MTV Video Music Awards in 1984 with 'Like A Virgin' Now at 68 she opened the VMAs again, performing with Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, Fab 5 Freddie, dancers and a lot of choreography It celebrates a time in the 1980s when art changed the world

It seems a safe bet we could all name people out there who never read fiction and lack empathy because of it "What we find is parts of the brain that become active while we're reading narrative fiction are the same parts of the brain that are activated when we're trying to understand other people."

abc.net.auWhat the 'recent invention' of reading does to our brainsWhat happens in your brain when you read? And can it help you navigate real life? This is what science tells us.

Propaganda? This 30 second ad is running on US TV The anti-communism, government ad is paid for by US taxpayers It features singers repeatedly singing 'Love Me' as a rapid sequence of images of the current US leader play at an intense speed (NOTE: rapid-image epilepsy alert may be appropriate)

NEW by me: When I saw that the White House had stolen 'The Magic School Bus' to promote its racist ICE deportations, I could not be quiet. The books' publisher, Scholastic, has remained noticeably silent, while others like Hasbro and Tetris have clapped back. www.thequeenzone.com/trump-regime...

There is something very wrong with this man—this is not normal

Journalists at other news outlets - ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, NY Times, Washington Post - should all stop attending White House events until press access for journalists at CNN, MSNOW and Politico is restored. Denying him the spotlight shows this administration who wields the power of the press.

National Institutes of Health does science. Science isn't "woke"—it’s science. The NIH funds life-saving medical research. But the White House is actively de-funding scientific projects that mention "gender," "climate change," "equity," or "race". Censoring words won't cure diseases.
