Update: It *was* my neighbor who stole the kids phone 😵‍💫 They arrived at the flea market & saw him & his car there. He wound up taking off once he saw the cops come inside, but then came back later(???) while the cops were still there 😂 The kid got his phone back!

I've spent the better part of my morning trying to help a kid track his lost phone to a unit in our apartment complex, wondering if my neighbor who is known to flip stuff may have picked it up.. Right after he knocked on their door, my NEIGHBOR TAKES OFF and ofc Find my Phone says it's on the move

My other neighbor and I are helping this kid file a police report, tracking the phone, and I realize it's currently *at the flea market*. The cops have no cars available to dispatch, so my neighbor straight up gets in the car and drives him to the market

Also not having access to tests anymore is fucking bogus 😭 I'm grateful I stock piled them, but am down to my last pack and pretty sure nobody around here has any to test with 😰
