Attended a book event at a spice shop. The author combined science, the elements, cooking, and the art of photography into his creation. I love that concept. I bought the cookbook, got it signed, and bought some herbs and seasonings. Nik Sharma @ Oaktown Spice #niksharma #oaktownspice #creative

I just tossed years of journals. Ideas. Thoughts. Plans. Feelings. Art. 100+ journals released into the universe. I feel free, light & happy about it. I am a “now” person w/an eye on the future. I am not a past person. I never reread the journals. They were consuming space. The “new” has a space.

Climbed into bed and looked down to see one small googly eye looking back at me. I do not own any googly eyes.

I’m all about moving the fuck forward. May you be able to see your path and journey forward with a giddy sense of expectation and the surety that your life matters and you make great decisions. #rarrrrrr #forward #trustinself

Met my friend for dinner and drinks. We’re seated next to a table of “Calendar Firefighters,” okay? She bought them a round of drinks. The night is getting interesting…

Spent time painting a portrait today. Now it’s time for an hour swim.

I bought a bag of treats for a neighbor’s cute dog. When pulling out of the garage I spotted him & ran out with said treatos. The man let me give him one. He gobbled it up. I got back in my car. They carried on down the street. I saw the doggo jump for joy. And I’ve been riding that high all week.

There’s a rhythm to living in the city. Grocery store cart maneuvering. Driving & switching lanes or scooting over for a car to pass. Walking across streets en masse. The ritual of exchanged pleasantries while being seated at a restuarant. Downcast eyes or friendly hellos when encountering others.

Happy full moon. Cornell is a Hell hole, 7 boys, frat house, authorities Nolan Wells should be alive and his murderers and thier coverup families and city officials in prison. The current resident of our White House is an evil mother fucker rapist felon. May they all reap what they have sown.

Just realized that Tater Tots are corgi colored. I LOVE CORGIS! (One of my corgi friends, Bean) #tatertots #color #corgis
