Corporate profits are at record highs — but revenue from corporate taxes has plummeted thanks to the tax cuts in Trump and Republicans’ big, ugly bill. Meanwhile, workers’ wages are stagnant and their share of the nation’s income is at a record low. Trickle-down economics was always a hoax.

I saw the coverage of Kamala’s huge rallies vs T’s weak attendance. I hear so many races are close again. I’m seeing the rallies. I fear Election Day disappointment again. I see T using his DOJ. He’s going to coup again. Even if/when we win, it will be a fight. Everyone to the polls please.

Imagine this. You have to give the federal government $1,000 in taxes. But this time you get to put it into any of several boxes. You can put it in a healthcare, national defense, education, food benefits or ballroom box. Sorry! The Big Ugly Bill made you put it all in a More for the Rich box. Vote

One has to wonder who is giving Trump all this bad advice? “Televise the execution”. Bad advice. “Hire Katie Zaccariah.” Bed advice. How many times does Trump need to be embarrassed by having to reverse course before he gives the advisor the boot?

So we are clear, "Russia Russia Russia" was *never* a hoax.

(Reuters) - The order to limit a satellite system used by Ukraine for battlefield communications and drone operations came from inside the White House, according to two US officials and a Western official briefed on the matter. @reuters.com 🇺🇦 www.reuters.com/world/europe...

Can someone please ask JD Vance about the public execution that’s being scheduled and where he stands on that? It’ll be just one more piece of data on his connection to his Catholic faith. Like is he a follower of the Crusades type if Catholicism or he is he a love thy neighbor type of follower?

Anyone who doesn’t see that this is part of a long term plan-not for the midterms, really, but for 2028 and beyond Isn’t paying attention

📌NEWS: Pete Hegseth said that the Pentagon is eliminating 1 in 5 generals and admirals. 📌NOTE: Authoritarian regimes eliminate military leaders who they believe aren't loyal to the regime. 📌UPSHOT: This is a very concerning development in the GOP's ongoing attack on America and her Democracy.

When (and it won’t happen unless we VOTE) Democrats win back the House and Senate, we must be prepared for a sudden wave of legislation pushed through in panic mode by the Republicans from the day after Election Day until the new Congress is installed. We will have to push back.

Remember. Cowards hide. Also remember this sane truism applies to those who won’t debate.

Aaron Parnas-BREAKING: The DOJ just deleted all of the information regarding who Trump pardoned. They are trying to hide the truth. Don't worry, I saved it all here, so share this: www.pdffiller.com/s/VrmwZo_ZSL If you can, support my work today, subscribe here: aaronparnas.substack.com/subscribe

How is it that TV ads can make or break an election? Everyone has a computer in their hand that they can do research on, yet we still fall 4 ads telling us lies that we can research for ourselves. No matter what the incumbent’s commercial says on TV, just check their voting record. Votes don’t lie.

The mid-terms are also a good place to state your feelings on gas prices, grocery prices and the redaction of the most important pieces of the Epstein files. Democrats in 2028 better be ready to do what Republicans claimed they’d do but then TACO’ed out. Justice for the Epstein victims is needed.

I have heard a lot of people say that people have forgotten 9/11. Everyone I know is talking about it today. I do live in the suburbs of NYC, so maybe that makes sense. I think more people remember than we realize. Hit a heart if you spent any part of today remembering!

Today I have to give it up for the brave people reading the names at the 9/11 memorial in NYC. What an emotional time. Bravo for how you keep it all together even when speaking of your loved ones. 👏💪❤️🇺🇸

As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I am so grateful to the people of NYC who came out during those initial, terrible days. Food snd beverage stations were set up. People lined streets with thank you signs. Neighbors helping neighbors.

There are going to be a lot of people who have no problem with all this voter suppression. That is until they go to vote and find out they’ve been put on some random list and can’t vote. They always need to feel the pain themselves before they’ll listen.

With the 25th anniversary of 9/11 coming up this month, I’d like to give a shout out to our friends in Canada who took in plane after plane after plane full of travelers who had to land in Gander for an unknown period of time. Come From Away documents the care they were given. Thank you, Canada!🇨🇦

If we are going to fix the healthcare system in this country - from regulation of for-profit insurance and healthcare pipeline control to funding for rural access, we have only one choice in November. One party puts corporate profits over all else. The other will fight for us and a new way forward.

I’m not sure how to convey this succinctly to legacy media who continues to go to Manchin for his opinion. But let me try: No one, and I mean no one, gives a fuck what Joe Manchin thinks about anything.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro says RFK Jr. offered federal help after two unvaccinated people died from measles, the first U.S. deaths this year. Shapiro declined, saying PA could handle it, and confronted Kennedy, telling him: “There’s real life consequences to spreading misinformation.”

When Dems win the House and Senate, real legislative works begins again. We will also have investigations ending with disbarring even more lawyers, jailing several prominent names and even revoking the citizenship of Elon Musk. We must focus not only on 2026 but on 2028 to bring our country back.

I love how summer lingers past Labor Day. some of the most wonderful days can be spent exploring nearby areas in early fall. I usually don’t want to rush any of it…except I’m desperate for Election Day and the blue wave that will descend on our nation. Maybe this one time we can rush it all a bit.

The guy who did such an incredible job with the Reflecting Pool, Ballroom, Kennedy Center, National Mall, and Great American Fair is going to redesign our warships. What could go wrong?

When the banks needed help, they called it “stabilizing the economy.” When airlines needed help, they called it “protecting jobs.” When corporations got tax breaks, they called it “pro-growth.” When working people need health care? “SOCIALISM.”

Booker: "Ghislaine Maxwell is sitting in the lowest possible confinement after giving no information that helped us get one more investigation started and has been silent, and the man responsible for that we're about to make the attorney general of the US ... this is farcical."

I recently learned that I’ll be a first-time grandparent this winter. A boy and a girl due 5 days apart. What a miracle! Praying for healthy moms and healthy babies! Let’s keep fighting, resistors, for a better, safer, more caring world.

I am ready for a blue wave in November. I am also ready for Congress to work on behalf of the American people instead of to appease 1 man. And finally, I’m ready for Congress to shine a light on the corruption of his first 2 years in office. I think we can do many important things are once.

Clarence Thomas says the 14th Amendment should be read narrowly because it was written for formerly enslaved people. By that logic, the 2nd Amendment was written for muskets, not AR-15s. Funny how that kind of originalism only shows up when it's convenient.

We have so much repair to do after we remove this felon from office in 2028. The next POTUS has a massive job to do domestically as well as major international reputational repair. Keep this in mind as we begin to see candidates emerging after the next Congress is seated. Who is up to the task?

If there was a lesson in the NY primaries, it was lead or get out of the way. I think that voters are understanding that actions speak louder than words. Schumer s strongly worded letters are going to get him fired in 2028. Jeffries oratorical skills will become meaningless.

Your Prime Day reminder that half of Amazon warehouse workers struggle with food & housing costs. A third have had to rely on government assistance like SNAP — which was gutted last year. If Bezos can spend $500M on a yacht, Amazon can afford to treat its workers with dignity.

Warming trends within our region since 1860. We must course correct through: - moratorium on data centers - green new deal - invest in public transit and rail - go after corporations that are largest polluters

November can’t come soon enough - and then January. We must all have a plan to vote like our lives, the lives of our children, the fate of this planet and the health of our democracy are at stake.
