Nenshi nails it once again as he calls out the hypocrisy of Smith helping out her separatist friends but on the coal mining petition in the Rockies she just shuns it. www.youtube.com/shorts/ZBhrp...
Absolutely true! People soon forget the work done by Obama in containing Iran’s nuclear ambitions!
Apparently, negotiating with Iran becomes a historic first when everyone is expected to forget Barack Obama. In 2015, the Obama administration and international partners reached a nuclear agreement with Iran. It required a 98% reduction in Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile,
In 2019 Danielle Smith made it perfectly clear she was thinking about a 51 state. www.youtube.com/shorts/Cy-5S...
Proof of a hate crime is exhibit “A” the UCP referendum. Hands down! www.youtube.com/shorts/_Eg0s...
Thomas Lukaszuk’s complete take down of Danielle Smith’s crying act! More about her upcoming job loss as premier. Never once cried for her treatment of AISH people, LGBTQ folks - just her upcoming job loss! A fake premier. www.youtube.com/shorts/3UMVQ...
In Alberta far too people are unaware of what is happening to our health care system. Far too much damage has been done to health care by the Smith government. Soon, only the rich will be able to afford the American HC system! This is a great article by the Tyee! thetyee.ca/News/2025/04...
Great post on what poverty can do to your health!
Just a reminder… While Smith and Lagrange are talking about the biggest factors influencing health outcomes and why they’re profitizing Alberta’s healthcare… The #1 factor that determines health outcomes is made worse by the policy. It’s poverty. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli
A great post by Carrie Tait on the divide in Alberta between small town and city.
Alberta's separatists gained very little ground between handing in their petition and Monday's vote. And the referendum results illustrate the significance of a legislative change Premier Danielle Smith made in 2025. Check it out: www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/artic...
Can we have a full accounting of this??
Funny how #DanielleSmith changed disclosure rules just like #DougFord changed rules so that all internal records held by the premier, cabinet ministers, parliamentary assistants, and political staff are now entirely exempt from public requests. Trying to avoid transparency has made them transparent.
The striking divide between urban and rural Alberta! www.youtube.com/shorts/F1okw...
NDP’s Christina Grey talks about their preparedness to work for Alberta following their summer door knocking. This is a great short video! www.youtube.com/shorts/pF579...
Can you believe this UCP group of clowns and their love and hate with immigrants? Fellow Canadians from other provinces!!
From 2022 to 2024 Alberta ran a nationwide advertising campaign offering newcomers to the province up to $5000 in tax credits to move there Now they've turned around and told every single person who moved that they're no longer welcome in Alberta
The list of reasons for Danielle Smith to resign immediately goes on and on! Small town Alberta needs to learn how to read. thetyee.ca/Analysis/202...
Chantel Hebert gets it correct on Smith’s problem with small town Alberta! Entirely Danielle Smith’s fault. A great post!
Chantal Hébert on Danielle Smith purging separatists from the UCP: "The strongest vote for a referendum on separation came in rural ridings. Those are ridings that have never elected anything other than a conservative, federally or provincially. So they are really her problem."
This post is exactly right! Smith went to all lengths to please the separatists!
Something for the #ableg folk to think about, at length: The Separatists didn’t even achieve 600k votes in this referendum. The threshold for their petition was originally 600k until Danielle Smith changed it to 177k. Had she not done so, there would’ve never been a referendum. 1/2
Smith has always been on side with separation. She has been seen side by side with every separatist leader in Alberta. Tom Mulcair is correct! She set this thing in motion.
The correct caption should be: "Danielle Smith waits for new orders from her American owners now that their opening gambit failed"
NDP’s leader Nenshi, describes where Smith’s ministers were during the referendum campaign. All were out of the country doing nothing for the pro Canada vote. Disgraceful www.youtube.com/shorts/ceU-S...
A brilliant PM Mark Carney responds to criticism for engaging. In relations with Turkey pointing out that he will always stand up for LGBTQ rights regardless of another country’s laws. www.youtube.com/shorts/Ap1PX...
Andrew Knack, Edmonton mayor calls out Danielle Smith for blatantly giving false information- telling lies. Great post by Ryan Jespersen www.youtube.com/shorts/DGyuJ...
Markham Hislop’s interview with Thomas Lukaszuk could not get it more right as Smith’s propensity to lie comes to the fore. “She’s perfectly comfortable twisting the truth to comfort her own narrative”. No one lies like Trump and Smith. As the leader of separatists she is now scrambling.
Smith Lies Again: Lukaszuk Challenges Premier's Referendum Story @ABDanielleSmith says the Oct 19 referendum is @LukaszukAB's fault. Absolutely not the case. Thomas explains why. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli youtu.be/2c_Xo7xEKr4
James Moore , ex Con MP talks about the blame game of Trump in the upcoming midterm elections. MAGA politics whether by Trump or Alberta’s Smith will never accept personal responsibility- always find someone else to blame www.youtube.com/shorts/QoWzm...
I have never been a fan of Pete Guthrie but here he speaks the truth about the separatists being courted by Smith and obviously promising them something. Once again, clear proof that Smith is a liar and a hypocrite. www.youtube.com/shorts/7DlDi...
The existential threat of 25 percent of Alberta’s population still disappointed following the referendum- a well needed topic is discussed with poli sci prof Stewart Prest and moderator Markham Hislop. A hot topic in Alberta plus reforming democratic institutions is further discussed.
Stewart Prest: Canada’s Democracy Needs More Than Voters Polisci prof @stewartprest.ca explains that Canadians have become a bit...complacent...and that they now need to re-engage politically to defend Canadian democracy. #cdnpoli #abpoli #cdnpoli #onpoli youtu.be/XUM8vaMcktg
Gerrymandering is illegal. So why is Smith using it??
Gerrymandering: critical read with action items. N.B. --Un-Albertan: Gerrymandering has been illegal in Alberta since 1969. --Un-Conservative: Allowing politicians to choose their voters rather than the other way around gives the governing party virtually unlimited power.
Taken together Albertans were conned big time by crooked so called gov. ministers, racist to the core and hell bent on preserving their own political power!
And remember, Smith govt campaigned on the 9 referendum questions with the full weight of government. The Alberta Next Panel, tv address to the public, $4 million advertising budget. And taken all 9 together, a lukewarm reception by Albertans.
This is good news! It all points to a big Smith referendum loss. But that won’t stop a woman obsessed with power and the addiction to cheating in every manner.
With 97% of polls reporting, the No side is leading in all 4 constitutional change questions. The yes side is leading in all 5 immigration questions. But 4 of them are below 55% and even proof of citizenship has dropped below 60%.
