I always end up writing too much on posts and can't fit the proper tags. #BRArt #sketch #pen&paper #MyOCs #superhero
Hey, it's been a while since i've posted anything from my own art stock but a few days ago i felt pretty good and woke up early so i had higher quality lighting. There are four others i might post tomorrow, if there is curiosity about any of it i'd be glad to elaborate in the comment section.
#MyArt #MyOCs #Houndskull
Sorry about the rough coloring, i'm still trying to figure out a quick and effective way to color stuff in since i'm more focused on pencil drawing and detail rendering gets messy with my current coloring techniques (which only work when you're actually rendering with the colors)

bringing up Yasmein again, my friend and her sweet kids. This can probably cost like $15 or probably more. these are regular people. We can help them afford this insanely expensive food, if you had coffee this morning... put in a coffee hee for Yasmein too and feel better about your day
When you're drawing from reference is funny what detail gets it to look right. In one moment it doesn't quite look right, then after one weird addition it just pops to the correct appearance... I was drawing Luke Skywalker and then i made Mark's HAIR SHAPE and boom, looks like him, i burst laughing.
I know i'm far from being a big enough account to make an impact, but i'd like to share a new channel i found on youtube called LightingOnDemand 'cause it's just an awesome channel. I found through their latest video www.youtube.com/watch?v=lix-... and i've since watched every video they have.

That's exactly how i feel. Breaking from your own style can feel really frustrating, and it also makes me feel bad when i have nothing to show for it, since i stay months without making a single piece i'd feel proud to show to others...
I always feel bad when I "waste" my time experimenting with new things. Having a distinctive art style is cool but it also limits the ways of expressing. I want to see these pieces independent from my other work, without making them fit a series or aesthetic.
