PC Update: After resetting the BIOS, cleaning the PC, and reseating the RAM and power cables, the problem hasn't come back. Since then, it's passed Cinebench, every OCCT test, TM5, and a few other benchmarks. I'm really hoping it stays this way. 😅 #gamedev #PC #Indiedev

PC update: My PC passed Cinebench, all the GPU and RAM benchmarks. But today it started getting stuck during boot. I reset the BIOS by shorting the JBAT1 pins, and it booted normally again. Everything looks fine now. Let's hope it stays that way 🤞 #gamedev #indiedev #PC

PC update: Today my PC crashed while running Cinebench, and the Windows minidump reported a PAGE_HASH_ERRORS bug check. Yesterday I ran MemTest86, and it passed all 4 passes with 0 errors. #gamedev #indiedev #PC

I also logged all my sensors using HWiNFO64. CPU/GPU temperatures, voltages, and power all looked completely normal. Next, I'm going to clean the PC, reseat the RAM, reconnect all the power cables, and check everything over. Hopefully it's just a loose connection somewhere 🥲

After reinstalling all the graphics drivers, everything came back to life. The PC is running normally again, but I still can't explain why it happened in the first place.

Now I'm left wondering... Was it Windows? Faulty RAM? The power supply? The GPU? Or did Windows somehow corrupt the drivers on its own? If anyone has experienced something similar, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

It started with Windows not booting, no matter what I tried. After hours of debugging through the recovery cmd, I finally managed to get back into Windows.

Then I noticed something even stranger. My NVIDIA graphics drivers were either corrupted or missing entirely. For a moment, I genuinely thought my GPU had died.
