Yet another example of ICE and DOJs incompetence and nefariousness

Minnesota Star Tribune@startribune.com

An ICE officer’s false accusation against an assistant federal defender led to blistering rebukes from a judge. This case stems from conspiracy charges against 15 Minnesotans who protested Operation Metro Surge.

This discussion identifies the real problem in this country. Christian nationalism wants to force everyone to believe what they believe. The whole Sharia law nonsense is projection because they’re the ones trying to put religion into schools and laws, not Muslims, who mainly want to be left alone

Erwin Rommel@bigx-1.bsky.social

What's disturbing is Tommy wants to inject his religion into law.

I can think of a few problems with this insane idea. First, De Gaulle fought the Nazis, he didn’t try to be one. Second, he wore cooler hats. Third, he was 6”5

This got about 15k today which is amazing. But let’s do more please.

I will say, it's obviously much harder than it seems to oppose authoritarianism. In history class, we think--why did ordinary Germans allow this, they should've fought back! Im proud of my neighbors for resisting, but its a bright spot amidst a sea of Vichy collaborators.

My dentist is apparently a republican and was complaining that Lindell is too crazy to be governor. He's connected enough that he knew Lindell's plans weeks before the announcement. Somehow I don't think Trump's endorsement will take him over the top

Trump endorsed MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell for Minnesota governor saying he "deserves" it after his "legal and financial woes" from pushing 2020 election conspiracy theories. Qualifications: bankrupt from lying about voter fraud. Perfect for this administration. Peak idiocracy.

You are up to date.
