Cancelled tidal subscription because of so many bugs 1. Songs from my liked playlist would disappear once in a while, and reappear when I log out then log back in. I’m not sure if it’s an issue because of Tidal itself or the transfer tool I used 2. Not a bug, but downloading takes WAY too long

nEon@neonmc.bsky.social

I couldn’t take it anymore, I switched from Tidal to Apple Music. Tidal was just WAYYYY too buggy. I might ramble on about my problems with it (1/?)

3. Whenever I listened to music when the phone is turned off, Tidal’s homepage would eventually reset, stopping the song. (recent issue) 4. Playlists wouldn’t fully load sometimes until I close the page then open it back up 5. Albums would randomly get replaced, removing liked songs

There’s probably more issues I have in mind for Tidal. Despite the sound being great, I have tolerated its bugs for way too long. Overall, apple music has been going smoothly for me. Connecting it to last.fm is more tedious, but it’s whatever.

Pearl & Marina were originally based on rap-duo “Outkast”. The two met with Nintendo over the usage of their likeness, but the meeting ended abruptly due to a "bad fishing pun". André 3000 later stated in an interview “they wanted to call us ‘The Out-Casts.’ It made me sick.”
