Today: PRESHOCTABLE. Adjective. Coined in honor of the current U.S. government to describe the severe cognitive clash of actions that are unthinkably shocking while also being depressingly predictable. "SCOTUS' justice-free disembowelment of the Voting Rights Act was totally preshoctable."

Today: MATRICIAL. Adj. A more accurate and intelligent version of SEMINAL, the patriarchal word for something influential, foundational, etc. But seminal (from Latin for semen or seed) can only produce just one thing. Matricial (from Latin for matrix or mother) generates endless offspring.

Today: MANAGE UTILIZATION. Verb phrase. A health insurance industry euphemism for "denying claims." E.g., "United Healthcare's stock plunged 20% yesterday after reporting a nosedive in profits, an effect of recent bombshell revelations about their unethical methods in managing utilization."

1/4. On the White House’s theory, if they abduct you, get you on a helicopter, get to international waters, shoot you in the head, and drop your corpse into the ocean, that is legal, because it is the conduct of foreign affairs.

Today: LUIGI BOARD. Noun. A supernatural device, consisting of an alphabet board and moving pointer, which can magically spell out the names of corrupt health insurance executives that deserve to join the hereafter. #freeluigi

Today: EMPATHY PARADOX. Noun. The phenomenon observed in the early 21st century that the more people are lectured about having empathy, the less empathy they have as a result. Also, the corollary phenomenon that those who tend to lecture about empathy also exhibit less empathy.

Today: K-12. Noun. A dangerous new virus affecting children of school age, causing distended knowledge, curiosity, historical perspective and critical reasoning abilities. Jointly discovered by Sec of HHS Robert Kennedy and Dept of Ed Sec Linda McMahon. No vaccine is available.

Today: MUSK. Verb. To make grandiose, unfounded and self-serving claims; to falsely promise future success, claim credit for others' achievements and/or blame others for their own failures. "FFS — Brad took over the whole meeting musking for 30 minutes straight — all total BS."

Today: CYBERNATE. To staunchly avoid engaging on the internet the way hibernating animals avoid the winter. "I can only stand reading so much bad news on social media that I had to spend the whole weekend cybernating." #neonym #neonymousbosh

Today: SHANE. To expertly and ruthlessly dissect and expose carefully laid criminal plans — for #ShaneAlmgren's "Democracy is Done," excellent shaning of the Thiel-Trump-Vance-Musk-Yarvin plan to disembowel and overthrow the US govt. They should be ashaned. Link below. Read it and weep.

Today: TRUMPLE. To run roughshod over insignificant stuff like the US Constitution, the US economy, the rule of law and people’s civil rights. Usually done by a thin-skinned nonogenarian elephant in rage, high from Diet Coke and imagined slights.

Today: LIARONY. The effect of someone lying so baldly and ridiculously that it contradicts their own words and actions. "What a liarony that Jeff Bezos should claim that "freedom minimizes coercion" when he's stated he wants employees to fear losing their jobs so they work harder." #neonymoftheday

Today: SWASTIOPOROSIS. A contagious disease of the skeletal-nervous system, characterized by rigid convulsions of the right arm that look a an awful lot like Nazi salutes. "Elon Musk didn't give a Nazi salute — he has swastioporosis!"

You are up to date.
