You may use any poster printing service you like, but we recommend using Poster Sessions Online, so you can purchase your poster in advance and simply pick it up onsite the day before -or day of- your presentation, stress free. Please make note of the order deadlines indicated.

All will be presented across our conference locations in Sydney, Atlanta, and Paris this December at the main conference event, alongside the Main Track, and Evaluations & Datasets Track. You can find the full list of accepted papers in our blog post: buff.ly/RR08Bqs

All authors of accepted main conference posters were assigned locations based on their preferences and notified by email. Poster numbers have also been allocated. Check our guide on how to register: buff.ly/k3zmPht and then check your MyStuff page for the location and poster sessions!

buff.lyAuthor RegistrationIn-person sessions are sold out to the general public. So that every accepted paper can be presented, each paper has one author place at the site where it is presented.

The NeurIPS 2026 decisions are being processed on OpenReview for the main, Position Track Papers and Evaluations and Datasets tracks and we expect all of them to be available by end of day AoE.

Today, we will send a preference form to all NeurIPS authors. Please discuss your preferences with your co-authors and submit the form by September 30, 2026. If your paper is accepted, your presenter and location preferences will help us allocate papers fairly across our three conference locations.

Please note that these preferences are completely independent of the paper decision process. Look for an email with the subject line: “NeurIPS 2026: Choose Presentation Sites for Your Paper.”

The "rebuttal" button and "official comment" button will both be treated equivalently - the difference in terminology between the two is to facilitate discussion during the discussion period on OpenReview. This also means you are allowed to post several comments, with a total of over 10000 words.

OpenReview Update: Due to a technical issue during release, we are currently re-releasing all reviews and initial meta-reviews, which we expect will take about 4 hours. Reviews will be temporarily unavailable during that time. Thank you all for your patience while we get all the reviews online!

Accepted submissions will be presented at the main conference in Sydney as talks or posters, made available through the NeurIPS website, and curated into the official NeurIPS 2026 Education Track repository.
