Installed freebsd on my hetzner vps today, but oddly enough tailscale decided that it was gonna nuke my path

Switch from debian to freebsd on hetzner

Tried to like opera air, but I can't use @kagi.com with it... kind of a dealbreaker

Ran into a caching dilemma in my head: I have functions to process atproto xrpc calls, parse them with zod, and then write it to a universal atproto cache in memory. BUT, I have limits on some. So maybe I just remove the limits and filter the maps?

Carrying Onephony's promo rn

Just added a class on bees to my first college semester schedule 😭

I survived caching hell

Proud of the progress on the bun rewrite so far!

I started playing with bun and hono 🎊

Does anyone use bun over nodejs? I've been using elixir bc I like exploring diff technologies, but some of these bun features look nice

Tealux (boba tea chain) has this super cute standard card deck that you can play with, but you can't buy it 😔 I was devastated. Currently looking for a deck, but might just wait till Japan

by this, I mean: I've been using a cms for a long time to store things like: ⚪ #ama questions people ask ⚪ talks I'm planning to give (or have given!) ⚪ my current location (which I track and expose publicly 👀) ...and so on 👉 but atproto means your pds = your data so … why not use it as a cms?

finally

In a weird spot rn with my Japan trip. I'll be staying with my friend and her family in 大阪 for 8 days and I want to do day trips to 常滑, 京都, and maybe 名古屋 or 神戸. The weird part is my friend will be studying the whole time, so idk what to do or who to hang with 😭😭

Trying out @soapboxsoftware.bsky.social's Indigo finally! At first it was hard to justify, but I wanted to give it a shot.

Just picked my college dorm and they gave me quite literally one suite to choose from 😭

I bought the font

Finally starting my first elixir project

Learnint elixir by learning phoenix

I want nixos but I use macos. Is nix good on mac as opposed to, say, homebrew?

I've been meaning to setup multi-scrobbler and it has been so easy 😭 At first I had it on a domain, but the lack of a login led to me just hiding it behind tailscale lol

lowk koehn.みんな was not the best idea
