🌟National Seniors Day🌟 Today, we celebrate older adults and the many ways they contribute to our families, workplaces and communities. This year is especially meaningful for the NIA as we celebrate 10 years of working to improve the lives of older Canadians and the systems that support them.

Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We recognize the lasting impacts of residential schools on Indigenous Peoples, families & communities, and the importance of listening to Indigenous voices. Truth and reconciliation require ongoing learning, reflection and action.
