This is why representation matters in elected office. How do fight this if you haven't lived it? But @fox32chicago.bsky.social is having a debate tomorrow that excludes him. Instead, it includes the candidates who have raised the most money. The district is being denied a chance to hear his voice.

As a former federal prosecutor, I know the care that is supposed to go into charging decisions, and this is plainly a political prosecution - an attempt by the Trump Administration to not only intimidate protesters but turn them into propaganda.

Where you stand on this should not have anything to do with what you think about Kat鈥檚 policy proposals or what she says in this campaign. Where you stand has to be about the rule of law. Every American, in this district and around the country, should stand with Kat as she fights these charges.
