The majority of fanfic authors on AO3 could be making bank if they were to take their fanmade works, adjust them to remove stuff they don't legally own the rights to, maybe merge together some of what remains and then sell it as their own original story.

Unironically I'd go to the length of slaying an immortal god somehow and survive almost drowning in its blood, to have a nightmare that looks like something from Laceygames. I don't care if it would scare the fuck out of me, actually appearing in that world while asleep would be epic.

As soon as I not only saw that "Welcome to the internet, transvestite" has a physical release that can be ordered online, but also saw that the creator of the comic got kicked out by their transphobic father, I did NOT hesitate to order the comic.

I've had an idea for a Lacey's Flash Games AU, where since Grace is technically the only remaining active owner of Yaniaso, she eventually sells all the stuff relating to Laceygames to a big company... The company at first just patches out all the disturbing stuff Rocio put into the flash games...

Bit by bit, she manages to penetrate the security of the company's servers, especially the servers for LaceyGames. And begins brute-forcing her way back into control of what she created. The disturbing stuff returns, more obvious, more aggressive, more prevalent in the flash games.

But then they completely steamroll what made Laceygames somewhat good in-universe. Instead of Jay getting literally killed off, she's straight up removed without a heads-up. While traces of Jay remain both in the games and in people's minds, other than that she completely vanishes.

Okay, so Steam is apparently messing with Ghosttundra rn, which is why the full version of Lacey's Flash Games isn't out yet.

There IS a possibility that Ghosttundra didn't actually upload the full game onto Steam ahead of time, meaning they'd have to run it through all the checks and stuff to ensure it's not malware before making it available. But then what about the Steam games which secretly become crypto miners?

Will be going to sleep now. I just hope my YT and BlueSky notifications aren't an absolute dumpster fire when I wake up. I worry about that possibility every time I'm getting ready to go to sleep.

I've read some stuff claiming it apparently doesn't beat around the bush with the trans stuff. It's very direct with that stuff. That's probably why bigots are calling it "trans slop". Because they hate that we're becoming more vocal about this stuff instead of submitting to their bullshit.
