Why are companies afraid of email? I got a phishing mail pretending to be @anwbverkeer.bsky.social and tried to report it via email. All variants of "support@" bounced. Then I tried to mail the university in Argentina that was the sender: everything bounced. Ridiculous.

The combination of imposter syndrome and having developed an application for the public is horrible.

I'm considering using Scaleway to host my Laravel application (CPU,storage and mail), managed by Ploi.io. Anybody got experience hosting with them? The full EU platform is a major plus for me.

I did good today. Upgraded PHP to 8.5 on Debian using Sury. Got rid of composer supplied by Debian as that is not the latest version, and installed the official one. Then got supervisor running for working the queues. And now my Laravel 13 app runs flawlessly on Debian/Apache/PHP 8.5 ❤️ #Laravel
