The whole Valks/Dream situation is a mess and anyone who wants to complain has a right to complain but, also, let’s look on the bright side: Mid-day or morning Championship basketball is cool as hell too. Call in sick, take personal day, schedule a vacation day first days of March Madness style!*

*I get that some can’t do this and that legitimately sucks, it I’m encouraging people to push the bounds of possibility if they can. Let’s petition the cities of San Francisco and Atlanta for a ad hoc holiday day!

Pretty amazing how many great actors spent early days on Veronica Mars: Kristen Bell Tessa Thompson Amanda Seyfried Max Greenfield Tina Majorino Ryan Hansen Kyle Gallner Krysten Ritter Jason Dohring Leighton Meester Dianna Agron Kirby Howell-Baptiste Even Taylor Sheridan!

I was in no way implying that Taylor Sheridan is a good actor. Well, maybe I was implying but I did not mean to be implying. He’s truly awful in VM. Kyle Gallner does lots of indie stuff so you might not know who he is but he’s really great now as an adult. Check out Dinner in America!

My pal Danielle Koenig shared that her father Walter Koenig passed away last night at age 90. A performer whose kindness and warmth shone through the screen. He will be well remembered.

I am an LSAT tutor who is looking for new clients. I have been a full-time tutor for over 13 years. I work all over the country via FaceTime or Zoom and have had great results with clients helping people get into all of top schools. Additional details in thread. Reposts deeply appreciated.

I am always happy to recommend TV shows. Reply with some shows you like or the kind of show you are looking for and I’ll try to help! Also, you can look at my pinned post for some lesser known good shows.

Ok. Fine. I will host the Dream game. BYOB

One proposal would move Game 6 to Friday, Oct. 30 and Game 7, if necessary, from Saturday, Oct. 31 to Tuesday, Nov. 3. That would mean three days between each of Games 5/6 and 6/7. The WNBA would support that proposal, but only if both teams agree to it, sources said.

One of my clients sent me a practice LSAT question from LSAT Demon—a leading prep service—and it was just weird. It had the shape of an LSAT question and it was not incorrect in the way that it operated or what were right and wrong answers but it wasnt really like an LSAT question.

I jumped in the shower and pondered and one thing I realized is that part of what made it so sloppy was it seemed like it was a bunch of different LSAT things smushed together. And then hit me. Sigh. Can’t be sure BUT I SUSPECT

The Longhorns have generally played like garbage except for one quarter up until this point, but the funny thing is that if that had just eked out wins in the two games that they barely lost, they’d be undefeated with the best 1-2 of wins coming into this week (OSU & Tenn) and would be adding a 3rd

The clippers, warriors, kings, and trailblazers should just get together and have a little poker tournament and the winner gets Steph Clingan Damontis and Garland Who says no? The NBA? Yeah…

A delightful statue idea

A lifesize bronze statue of Gene Siskel & Roger Ebert is coming to Chicago's Prudential Plaza in 2028. The statue will be installed outside of the plaza's north entrance. It will give fans a chance to sit in two theater seats & take a photo with the bronze figures of the legendary film critics.

Short line at ACC Highland polling location. Airport line was too long with my disabled friend.

"In the nonpartisan local races – City Council, ACC, and AISD – we’ve spelled out our reasons for our endorsements. In statewide races, we’re going to make this easy: Vote Democrat. Full stop." Lol
