The recent budget resolution doesn't specifically say "Medicaid". It does mention the Office of Management & Budget and cuts needed to the tune of 880B. Guess who is in charge of Medicaid? Yep, the OMG. Repubs are claiming Medicaid isn't mentioned but it will have to be once it goes for vote again.
