ICYMI: Yesterday, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears blocked Virginians' fundamental right to contraception. Virginians deserve a governor who will protect women's fundamental freedom to make personal medical decisions — not one who will invade their privacy.

Not cool. Leaked email to Times-Dispatch, a manager in the DEQ informed staff that the plant is "currently producing only 20-22% of the daily demand." "(Richmond's Department of Public Utilities) director doesn't think they will be back at 100% production rate until late (Wednesday)."
