The space makes all the difference

Abscess update: it popped yesterday. It was disgusting. All in my mouth. 🤢🤮. Today I'm feeling a lot better. Facial swelling really gone down and my beautiful skull ball like it's back in it's socket. The antibiotics are working, even if I'm having really odd dreams.

Found it amusing yesterday that when I was in Bradford buying electrical parts - my server was Asian - I asked if they had a "Wiska Box" in white or grey. His retort? "You're in Bradford pal, everything's black here". He made me laugh. I love Bradford humour. Anywhere else that'd be racist.

You can't look at the Sacabambaspis and not smile. So cyoooot Shame they've been extinct for a few million years.

Just learned that for a couple of months in the last 12, Greggs has been the world's fastest growing "fast food" chain; and apparently the Americans go nutty to buy a Greggs when they come over here. To be fair, I do love a Greggs cheese & onion bake.

To say I've been nursing an abscess I've still driven from home to York to Bradford to Sheffield and back home. 56% battery used. Colour me impressed! Honestly the only thing I'm not over impressed about is the shite "cup" holders. Not as bad as those in a Renault Traffic though. #idbuzz #ev

Not me at my best. This was the abscess swelling this morning The lymph nodes under my eye had all swelled up too. Luckily it's started to go down now and I'm actually feeling semi human again.

It's burst! The abscess has gone! Well that was pretty horrible. The pressure relief was absolutely phenomenal.

Wow Metronidazole dreams! Last night I dreamt me and the missus were on a bus and it stopped to let some passengers on. One of them was Krasue. She just floated on and sort of sat down on a seat (if something that's just organs floating under a head can "sit")

Called out today. Customer liked the new van. Asked "has it got a name"? Yeah it's called Joey. 'cos it's from Essex.

In other news; cat's being an idiot. She brought another mouse in. This time dead. She left it for me as a present, because apparently that's what humans like. Dead, slightly chewed mice.

I'd rather not thanks. My weenie would shrivel and die.

That tooth abscess has blown up again. My left cheek looks like I'm storing food for winter. Managed to get an emergency appointment at 7 and thankfully the results of the swab are back so they can arrange properly targeted antibiotics rather than broad spectrum ones. No shiny stream tonight.

Morning you lot. Actually feeling really good this morning - new van arrived (phew) and insured (cheaper than old van!); plus there old van was collected after 4 years lease and was described as "good condition for mileage and age" which means... NO END OF LEASE PENALTY!

Well the charger I fitted works. It's like having a petrol station on my drive. Anyway, enough EV wankery. I'm not going to become one of those people.
