Los Angeles has a fusion of foodways. Katsu Curry is a Japanese dish. Koreans have taken this & run. This has the Katsu stuffed with cheese & it’s served in a nuclear hot stone bowl. Plus, there’s banchan on the table. What puts it over the top is stuffing kimchi into the maw of the Katsu.

I feel vindicated. When asked for recs for pretty mics to use in video podcasts, my advice is avoid the Shure SM-7. I don’t like how they look or sound. I do recommend the AKG 414. Today, Conan O’Brien dropped a vid where his audio engineer replaced his SM-7B with an AKG 414. youtu.be/o84uiRaAjAA
