How can you do offensive strikes if you are the defensive side fighting a defensive war?

Alina Pereverzieva 🇺🇦@perevaa.bsky.social

Musk is lying about Ukraine using civilian Starlink on combat drones. Since February, any Starlink terminal operating in motion has needed military Starshield authorization. No Starshield – no connection. Using civilian Starlink on drones was technically impossible. Period.

@eppgroup.bsky.social, @kajakallas.bsky.social, @reneweurope.bsky.social forgive my bluntness, but here is a prime case of why we need direct involvement in Ukraine. "Due to Russia continuously targeting civilians, we need to step up and defend Ukrainian civilians and civilian infrastructure."

🚨 BREAKING: A baby in a stroller and two women were killed after a Russian attack targeted a park in Kharkiv region. Fourteen people were injured, seven of them children.

Tagged the EPP and Renew because I voted for coalition of parties and MEPs that have representatives in both. Do you represent me or the appeasers on the far left and the far right?

So the AfD lesbian leader's wife should stay in Switzerland, and the Czech fascist leader should go back to Japan, and Elon should go back to South Africa and make them great.

KittyKatGirl😻🙏💞🐞@mary1kathy.bsky.social

Elon Musk says Italians should stay in Italy and the Japanese in Japan. Then why is this South African in America?

With the exception of Trump saying "The media was rough on Mike, but it just made Mike hotter, they’re rough on me, and I’m president!”, the Tyson docu series is perfection. It's like watching naked nerves, Mike Tyson showing us his inner world, memories, fight or flight with them, no apologies.

Why does Russia seem to bomb itself only to stoke fear of Ukrainians? I think that it's impossible that Ukrainian slow moving drones can hit anything in the mighty Russia with their thousands of S-300 and S-400, Pantzirs, MANPADS, interceptors and the sheer body count of soldiers shooting at drones.

They still treat us as colonies, but we are to blame. A drone falls down at a distant field near the border. Ukrainian ambassador was called, a note served. Ruzzia bombs and sinks ships in our economic zone. Russian ambassador gets a meeting with the PM and suggests it was a third party fault.

Darth Putin@darthputinkgb.bsky.social

The entire west is ethicy culpable for this war cos they treated our former colonies as actual countries and not as buffer states with limited sovereignty. Gorby warned that expanding their ability to defend themselves reduced Russia's ability to attack them which was a threat.

Seems they managed to do this everywhere. where I see a 🇧🇬 flag on someone's avatar on FB, I already assume it is another russified fascist. Usually it goes hand by hand with being somewhat illiterate and very dumb. It's just a pretend replacement for the 🇷🇺 flag.

Ruzzian filth.

"Nowhere close to conquering #Ukraine, yet still dreaming of defeating #Europe and further!" 🤔 From t.me/pravdaGerash... "And the drone ports we are now mass-producing are not intended for #Ukraine. They are for them [#Europe]. They may not fully realise that yet. Idiots," -

Tesla: packs 250kg air under 5500 PSI (380 bar) pressure in 10000 PSI rated tanks, enough for 1.5-2 seconds of "fly time". The world: A FLYING CAR! Musk: the tanks refill themselves. Me: using about 80 to 100 kw of energy and a multi-stage pump even scuba divers would be afraid to stand next to.

I get the hype, people don't know shit about physics. I don't get why anyone would want to push this to production. This is not the EV tech which was just ignored, it's a rocket tech no one needs in a car except if it would raise the share prices of a manufacturer that's losing market share fast.

USA doesn't give Tomahawks to anyone because they usually need a lot of them to bomb countries that can't really respond to mass bombing. Surez sometimes it was dictators, but considering we have at least one genocidal dictator sitting on his throne unbombed, it's not a rule.

Shaun Pinner@shaunpinner.bsky.social

The US never supplied any Tomahawks to Ukraine 🇺🇦 Literally, not one.

Leave it to the tech bros and we'll get fascist pricks and whackos elected everywhere. Remember when anti-westerners were obsessed with the USA because of their constant meddling? Weirdly, they love it now, when the USA is meddling and is being meddled with.

Leave it to the Brits to roast her: "A great relationship …” (looks down, sighs, sounds like her cat just died) “with Venezuela”." "It was like every dystopian sci-fi film where the machine informs some hapless human that they will be terminated in 10 seconds." Katie, Kayleigh, Karoline...

Just to remind myself that I'll have to repost it when Ukraine flips Russia and the last empire collapses. Zelenskiy will be a myth no matter what. Putin will be just another dead mass murderer in the long line of many (often Russian) of them.

We usually learn about people like Alexander the Great or Genghis Khan, or Napoleon, but rarely anyone mentions how an Albanian military leader like Skanderbeg defied the Ottoman Empire from 1443 to 1468 with a force of 8-10 000 against multiples armies of up to 80 000.

Recently I had an argument with someone claiming the USA was a top example of how innovation brings higher labor productivity. USA GDP grew a lot since say 2015 and 2025. You know what else grew? The share of GDP of the top US companies. And what didn't? Read on. ⬇️

Those segments that lost GDP share - SMBs and traditional corporate fields, added a massive $8.05T in top-line revenue over 10 years. But their labor models couldn't scale. SMBs were forced to spend 7.7 cents of every single new dollar just to clear rising wage floors. ⬇️

Who hosts the workforce? SMBs support 46% of U.S. private jobs (62M workers). Traditional retail sits flat at 20M. Yet these human-heavy sectors are trapped. Tech doubled its GDP share while employing only 4.3% of workers, a digital leverage starving the mass of employers w/o contributing.

Meanwhile those companies, with their small workforce and beastly revenues apart from traditional retail where the change is slight, manage to capture way more of the total GDP. It's a SHARE OF. Meaning the remaining % is lower.

What you forget is I'm mostly feeding you percentage. Sometimes the argument even looks true. Their revenues change a lot more than their expenses, this proves innovation wins. Apart from trad. retail revenues outgrow salary expenses. They pay a lot better to a lot more people. Awesome! Hm. ⬇️

There is a thing, their growth, the concentration of wealth, even adjusted by inflation, it's incomparable to what is actually a small in total scale growth of salaries/workforce expenses. And I'm not even mentioning the concentration of the money at the top of the companies. ⬇️

This is how TOP5 tech giants exploded in the last 10 years. By all means they are beasts. Among any sectors they are the ones the least dependent on workforce and even if their revenues grew at an amazing pace, they (mostly) didn't have to pay SO much more to employees vs. heir revenues growth. ⬇️

Coincidentally the period includes two booms - the "internet in your pocket" and the AI boom now. The growth numbers are staggering and they are not so good to their workers, with share of revenues growing slightly. Take a look before I nail it. ⬇️

Costco, Walmart, Target all have ~1% lower expenses for labor compared to 2026, despite their growth. Amazon, though? Just 1.5% higher expenses for salaries. Maybe not sharing much of their wealth with the workforce helps. Although their most profitable source of revenue is AWS, not retail. ⬇️

If you rely on paper metrics their revenues all outgrow the growth of (and the expenses for) workforce. Among those 4 only Amazon exploded in the last 10 years. The rest seem to be growing slightly and at the expense of squeezing margins, lowering salary expenses share. Unlike tech giants. ⬇️

The innovation doesn't help those as much as amassing wealth and positions that allow them to just squeeze more. FFS, from whom? Right. The problem is a huge chunk of their revenue is just the domestic "market" of something EU considers public expenses while the US turned into a good business. ⬇️

Then there are the retail chains like Costco, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Their labor force grows too, and their avg. growth of revenue per employee grows 15-60+% for 10 years. The argument is lost on the physical stores relying less on innovation unless you start shopping at the self-service counter. ⬇️

USA skews charts in a different way. First of all - it's among the few countries at the top, if not the only one where the health sector is a profitable market, in fact, one of the absolute leaders with ~450 billion revenue is the UnitedHealth Group, a mostly (70-80%) health insurance company. ⬇️

If we are talking about productivity, UnitedHealth Group is actually a good primer, along with the rest of healthcare sector companies in TOP10 US companies (plenty of them there). Their revenues outgrew the growth of their labor force. Better productivity! The argument doesn't hold, though: ⬇️

GDP represents a total of the added cost. Per Capita is just a division based on the population. Per Capita PPP adjusts it according to "cost of living". Total GDP PPP (a metric loved by Russia) takes the total and slaps the "cost of living" over it. The cost of living is easily skewed, though. ⬇️

If you have a cheap resource everyone needs or the food or property is cheap in most of your country, there you have it - lower costs of living. Then you (say Russia) get to brag about how your "real GDP" is better than someone else's, living in an expensive country (say the EU). Now the US: ⬇️

There is a cheatcode with Trump - you only need to be artificially blonde enough (and to be dumb enough so the color would suit you), and maybe be insolent enough to call a rimjob a professional merit.
