📢 With the UK due to outlaw porn featuring strangulation or incest next week, NWC is calling on the Irish government to follow suit. ✖️ Despite what you may have read on social media, there is no safe way to choke someone or be choked during sex. 🕐 It's high time we had a conversation about porn.

We are devastated at the deaths of Kim and Philip English and two of their children in Waterford last night. Our thoughts are with their two remaining children who are now in Crumlin Hospital. Everyone, no matter who they are, deserves to live life free from violence, fear and intimidation.

😯 Were you surprised to hear about "maximum" childcare fees of €750 a month in the Budget? 👯‍♀️ Well, you're in good company. Aideen Finnegan, presenter of The Irish Times Better With Money podcast was also surprised. 💸 Cost is just one of the reasons we are calling for public childcare, now.
