I’ve been listening to Neil Young for more than 50 years and I’m sitting here appreciating this so much that it’s making me tear up. How fortunate we are that he’s still performing.

My prediction is that we will be hearing about generous, selfless, and anonymous charity acts actually performed by Dolly Parton for years to come. That we haven’t even scratched the surface of her lifelong altruism.

Carney: Canada will be opening new international energy markets, strengthening our ties to the EU, and trading our abundant natural resources in a a new agreement with China. Trump: The US will rename a lake.

These Nepal videos look like a climate disaster movie that gets panned as “unrealistic”. The worst case scenario predictions are happening.

West Virginia v BPJ is going to be this Supreme Court’s Dred Scott. It will be a decision that will be an historical permanent stain on the Court.

We all know there is an embryonic “Fire on the Mountain” in the Watkins Glen Soundcheck, but did we also know that there’s an embryonic “Shakedown Street” during the 9/18/74 Playing in the Band jam?

We are in Paris and our hotel is right off Bonne Nouvelle. The PSG celebrations have turned violent and cops in riot gear are shooting canisters of tear gas into the crowd.

We were able to duck into a closed cafe (thank you cafe owners) and avoid the tear gas for the most part. Ducked out after a lull and took back alleys to get back to the hotel. Eyes were stinging for a bit but it’s gone now.

If we learned anything from this disaster of a China trip, it’s that Taiwan is going to be invaded during Trump’s term, and likely while Republicans still have a hold of Congress. The human rights violations will make the Uyghur torture look mild by comparison.

Philly cut the lead to 30 by the end. Did “The Process” include a four-game sweep where the team plays zero defense in the elimination game.

I always thought Joan Jett’s “I Love Rock n Roll” was a monotonous jingoistic piece of garbage. Just overheard it today and yeah, that is one terrible song.
