Argent Dawner with way too many dogs to comfortably walk

Decided to check in on the WoW ambassador(?) who presented themselves as pro-transmedicalism and they're putting those critical of them in the same category as those who doxxed them, so to anyone who blocked them - yeah, you made the right call, they haven't changed and might actually be worse now.

I've said it before - Discord owes it's success to Skype's failure. Their decisions as a company over the past year has led me to believe they have fully forgotten that part of their history. It's not difficult to imagine them recieving a reminder of that at this rate.

AUUUUUGH Okay so it's a small thing, like it's a teeny tiny thing that doesn't matter to literally anyone else but me But dracthyr priests use the evokers cast animation when in the visage form, but 'locks and mages use their class animations. Like he looks like he's about to tackle someone 😭

Every time an ai company announces or even implies it is struggling financially, I feel just a little mote of joy. I don't care how many small businesses or independents use AI "for profit", you made your bed and I have no sympathy for your folly and misplaced greed. I'll laugh at every one of you.

Last I post about this because I know there's much bigger issues in the world than one man's struggle to find fitting footwear but I genuinely envy people that can just go in any clothing retailer, find something they like and take it home. That's never been my experience and I hate it.

Another two hours of shopping with nothing to show for it, this happens every fucking time. That, or I go "eh, close enough", waddle around like a dog with socks on, and stop wearing them after two weeks anyway. I fucking hate clothes.

Think it's disgusting that the BBC is willing to use queer folk and ideas in order to popularize it's series (Doctor Who, Strictly, Drag Race UK) but when it comes to defending those same queer folk they instead go to a TERF for a fuckass documentary while simoultaenously censoring queer expression.

It's amazing how the BBC has historically bent over backwards to defend CHILD MOLESTORS from the general public, but now in the present day they give away the high ground to a billionaire Twitter troll who's consumed herself in hatred while delusionally calling it activism.

Actually no it's not amazing, actually it's entirely expected. I hope we as a country do away with TV licenses, these rotten phobic fucks don't deserve a penny out of my goddamn bank account

Queer culture isn't yours to exploit to push your dramas and gameshows, but if you are going to rely on the genuine talent of queer writers, actors and presenters then the very least you can do is not platform people who would see them forced back into the closet. Terrible company, absolutely rotted

Blizzard listening to player feedback for Forever by adding an RPPVP ruleset is proof that they do listen to player feedback, which makes it all the more frustrating that they aren't listening to the loudest point of criticism which is that nobody wants to play with misogynistic chuds and incels.

Okay if that Arator comic was intended as an animatic then I get why it looks like that, but if it was intended as a comic and then adapted to an animatic then GOOD LORD it's fucking hideous. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course, but this particular beholder thinks it looks moldy. 🧀

Honestly even the sin'dorei sneering at you for using the Light wrong is starting to rub me the wrong way - not because they're rude, but because like, you guys are tourists. Everyone else has had faith for millenia, but two decades back these guys were succing the energy out of a naaru. Like???

As dour as I have been (and will unfortunately likely continue to be) about Midnight, there are things I like about it, which just makes it all the more frustrating that so many things have been absolutely fumbled. Housing still remains a brilliant bright spot amongst the rest, for sure.

I've written out a forum post because trying to fit it into a Bluesky post is hard but it bothers me so much that the sin'dorei got absolutely flattened into a boring holy monoculture when they used to be much more than that. Astalor is the only belf that still acts like a fucking belf, man.

I do get that Astalor would be a little less special if there were many other Astalor-likes, but at the same time he is EXACTLY what I expected - and now exactly what I sorely miss - from the sin'dorei as a whole. Feels like shit, just want TBC Silvermoon back tbqh.

Still barking BTW.

Getting properly fucked off with my neighbours dogs who literally bark non-stop for hours on end. I was fine with it when it was just an inconvenience to myself, but now it's starting to upset my dog abd make her restless. If you can't be bothered to discipline your pet you should not have them.

And to be clear I'm not angry at the dogs, dogs are dogs, they're going to do whatever they feel like, that's why you, as the owner, ensure they do behave properly. The most baffling part of all is that there is someone home during that time and they just let their pups bark and whimper like ????

And when I say hours I mean HOURS. There's been days where these dogs have not stopped barking for more than ten seconds or so over the span of an entire morning, into the afternoon, into the evening. Get your animals under control for fucks sake.

I'll be honest, Blizzard's handling of Asm*ngold (or rather the total lack thereof) has really slowed my interest and hype in WoW: Forever. My hope - or maybe cope? - is that they're being lax on the beta for the purposes of keeping player numbers high, and that on launch they'll do more? But...

Yeah. I don't know man, sharing a space with people who would take my rights away - as well as the rights of many, MANY others - really doesn't seem like a good time to me. I don't care if it's "ironic", I don't care if it's "a joke", I'm not subjecting myself to that.

And I know the option is to ignore them, and have fun anyway, and install the addon to get rid of them. I know that's a choice. But I know they're there. It's like sharing a room with an insect that let itself in, you don't want to ignore it, you want it out.

This is utterly baseless, entirely without evidence, and completely unjustified in every single way shape and form, but I am convinced that a certain large Stormwind guild is in some capacity ran by the same person that was outed in Duskwood for doing awful things.

I just can't shake the feeling. There's no smoking gun, it's 100% a vibes thing but it's always in my mind whenever I see them. I hope I'm wrong, but if on the very low offchance I'm proven right then it's not going to surprise me.

I dunno. This vagueposting that isn't really vagueposting probably isn't of any benefit to anyone, I just want to say that I have my suspicions and have had them for a while. There's just something off to me.

Also the second I hit enter I had a flashback to Tw*tter because I had the sudden horrible feeling that because the British Broadcasting Corporation shares an anagram with a certain adult film genre I was about to be flooded with bots immediately but thankfully that hasn't happened (yet)

This is going to sound really elitist, and I swear it isn't this isn't some potshot at anyone who's likely to read this but I am ASTOUNDED by how badly some people can interpret WoW as a game and the messages it conveys. Show me your workings, there's no way you saw what I did to get that answer.

The thing with Midnight is that the playerbase called every major plot point before it happened, but each called shot was also followed with a desire to *not* see that plot point come to fruition. And not like "nooooo please don't, my feels 🥺", moreso "I hope the obvious doesn't play out."

It's like how we all knew Sylvanas was going to get """redeemed""" the second we saw the achievement for beating Sylvanas. Once that was confirmed, the rest of the expansion played exactly as expected (and as we dreaded) It's not good storytelling, it just isn't, I can't even pretend otherwise.
