My fall at the end of my skate session last night hit a lil harder than i thought. It is only a bit of swelling i think, got some painkillers to manage it but sitting down or laying on my back is a bit of a nuisance. No more skating this week i think 😅

Today really has just drained my motivation. I wont be much fun so i will sit out of vr this week, but will see how i feel after i see my therapist on Friday. Good now..

Need to put my rollerblades back together again and i think i will be keeping them in the car now. Hoping for a nice day this week to do some after work rolling.

Found a nice flat smooth stretch to practice on. I have not worn skates in a good 10+ years. No injuries, some positive practice, alot of laughs and some curious bystanders 😅 I can go, turn and just about stop, balance needs work.
