Hey babes. Apologies for abruptly disappearing. Life lifed. I'm not going to bore you with the details but I didn't get the AC adapter for my camera just to never stream again lol. I'm making a game plan and I'll post a schedule when I'm prepared to return.

With my work schedule still shifting I'm not going to post a stream schedule this week. I'll post here the day before I stream likely and give a time. Side note, I was able to order an AC adapter so by Thursday I should no longer need to change batteries on Stream!

Unfortunately tomorrow's stream (my only consistent stream lol) must be cancelled. Big real life plot twists at work mean my whole schedule is getting shuffled around and it may take a couple weeks for things to fall into place

The weirdest thing about streaming is that it's getting me in the habit of enjoying hobbies in moderation and I'm finding myself making time for SEVERAL hobbies and games instead of fixating on one at a time and then getting tired of it

Like I used to do sprite work for #pokemoninfinitefusion and I stopped for a year but I've actually picked it back up in the past couple weeks despite having more on my plate than I did when I last contributed and I'm enjoying pixel art a lot more

If I can figure out the setup I might even do the occasional spriting (or just pixel art in general) Stream. I won't actually play the game itself on Stream for a while. I've got too many long play games I want to Stream already

Tomorrow at 12pm EST, I'm Streamin Stadew Valley. I'm going to try very hard to go for perfection on this save, but I'm also keeping on eye on the Archipelago mod because I'd REALLY like to play a randomizer run once it's updated to the latest version!

Today's Stream was very good! One of my earliest builds, a massive four story modern library, got pretty popular for some reason with over 200 downloads, and still gets downloads now and then. However I've gotten so many more packs since then so I wanted to renovate it! #sims4build #thesims4 #sims4

I've done mostly smaller builds on Stream which is pretty amusing given I'm more in my element doing large modern community lots. I've also got an art gallery with over 130 downloads that I'd like to renovate as well on Stream at some point. This can be found in my gallery at "Odditylad"

Another week, another schedule! Trying earlier stream times this week No stream Sun-Tues Wednesday 12pm-3pm EST - Going to do the Library remodel I didn't do last week! Thursday 12pm-2pm EST - Playing our favourite farm sim Friday - I work from 10am-6pm so I might do a later stream, We'll see

And Saturday (at the slightly earlier time of) 10am-12pm EST - is of course my Roots & Resilience Legacy playthrough! Basil, (MY FIRST GEN!!) tried for a science baby last week right at the end of stream and ended up with twins so we'll be focusing on raising them #sims4 #sims4legacychallenge

I've made the horrible but exciting discovery that AC adapters ARE in fact compatible with my DSLR (and have been this whole time) just need to prioritize bills but I should no longer have to take battery change breaks by the new year!

With the bumped Legacy stream I've got 4 streams planned for this week! No Friday stream this week since my days off were changed, so I've just bumped everything forward a day. Variety stream this week is Stardew Valley, starting a new farm. Got my mods updated and everything!

I do want to note some personal confusion. I took "Overgrown and wild" to heart, keeping the landscaping of the default 64×64 lot in place, instead of starting on a truly empty lot. These plants WILL NOT be used for profit, these are story telling plants!

Was a lil sleepy this stream lol but this is part of learning. I'm probably not going to regularly start stream so late (8pm isn't late but honestly I have the sleep schedule of a toddler) wanting to try a late morning stream tomorrow before work, like 11am-1pm est. Will be simming

The advice I've most often seen from streamers is to save your old stuff so I knew that I wanted to have a YouTube for my VODS (and besides I can always private it later) that way I can get a footing in YouTube as well and document all my old content (my thumbnail skills will improve)
