On May 8, we started a crowdfunding campaign to develop an app to live caption people with speech impairment to improve their quality of life and participation in society. Since then we have received many supportive msgs from potential users, their family&friends, clinicians, speech therapists.

This app clearly fills a large need. I feel humble that already almost 350 people have donated their money to our project, totalling more than 16,000 euros. But we need more to help so many people both Dutch and internationally to regain their position in society. They have a right!
