SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Federal authorities are conducting immigration enforcement sweeps across Northern California just days before the midterm elections. ICE actions have been reported in Hayward, Vallejo, Vacaville, Rancho Cordova, Tracy, and parts of Sacramento since just before 7 a.m.
