New Orleans was pretty good last week. Hot, but Bertha brought a good breeze. Had dinner at Muriel's on Wednesday then dinner at Irene's on Thursday. Two of my favorite places.
77° and 77% humidity this morning. A sweaty, sweaty walk. No breeze to speak of. I saw "The Invite" yesterday. I realized I'm not really a fan of Seth Rogen, and Edward Norton is not in enough movies.
Wow! There is such a big difference between 50% humidity and 70% humidity. I walked a little over 5.5 miles today because I took a different route.
I'm excited that fiber internet is coming to the neighborhood!
Another hot one. You can almost squeeze the water out of the air. 4.25 miles at 18 minutes per mile.
The Death of Robin Hood was good. Don't go if you're expecting an Errol Flynn type movie.
Another fine morning for walking. Mid-60s and a slight breeze. Average pace was a lot better than yesterday.
I saw a sign in a yard that was the Statue of Liberty holding a sign that said, "What new horror can we expect today?"
Walking in the sunshine this morning! It's been a while since we've seen the sun! Not sure of distance today since my phone decided to act weird. The watch says 11,000 steps, though.
