Spicy question for my fellow SaaS email marketers 🌶️ Do you EVER email paid, but inactive users? ... Yes. [comment reason below] No. It just kicks out churn!

New feature launching at Bonjoro next week called Fallback Videos! Here's my draft email launch plan. Big advocate of different comms to match the users status/industry etc. Also to clarify the goal of each email, ie. reactivations vs. upselling. What's your approach? What would you add to this?

Here’s what we did: - Took an underused Bonjoro feature (Rollups) - Used Plandalf to quickly launch a new upgrade experience - Used Canva’s high-converting modal design (included in Plandalf) - Made it so customers could make payment in modal vs new page Conversion went from 4% to 25%!! 🤯

Simple video hook any SaaS marketer can use: 👉 The challenge “Can I do X with Y?” Opening shot MUST explain the whole challenge, minus the answer Example: “Can [X] solve [problem your customer has]?” Opening shot shows X + states problem. But withholds answer. Then show journey -> solution
