@tobyfox.undertale.com I don’t know a better way to ask directly, so I thought this might work. I’m currently a film and art student who’s going to be working on a short film for a narrative animation class in the fall. I wanted to ask formal permission to use music from Deltarune in it. (1/3)

I would be working on this short film for the duration of my fall semester, from roughly early September until early December. While I would like to then show off the work at film festivals if possible, I would completely understand if I wouldn’t be able to. (3/3)

I am able to send you things that I have worked on as examples of my abilities, along with my credentials as a current student at the university I attend upon request. I would only be asking permission to use the music in the short film, not to profit at all or claim ownership of anything. (2/3)

Sonic Movie 3 review: There were a certain number of scenes that could have used some work. If the movie had just been those, I could see it being roughly a 6/10 overall. But then came some of the best animation, fight choreography, effects work, and writing I've seen in a VERY LONG TIME. (1/?)

To call these sequences peak is to do a massive disservice. If one can imagine a metaphorical mountain peak in the shape of a drill, than this is the shit that BROKE THROUGH THE HEAVENS. FINAL SCORE: 9/10 OVERALL THATS HOW GOOD EVERYTHING WAS ABLE TO COME TOGETHER.

I have discovered that after getting myself a galaxy flip 6 just to get myself on android, that I don't like android as much but am fully unwilling to switch back to an iPhone until they come out with a folding one. There is no going back for me, folding phones kick so much ass.

So, I'm getting kinda frustrated. Why is it that Sony can't, were they to release that emulator on the 5 first, just allow users to access and buy the games on the ps3 store on their modern consoles?

Theory about the C button on the switch 2 leaks: It stands for connect. Switch 2 will be able to wirelessly connect to a television and allow for 2 screen gameplay, thus then allowing for proper DS, 3DS, and Wii U emulation.

Coldest tale possible: Playstation is pretty bad at live services and should probably stop. Fucking surface of the sun take: Playstation REALLY needs to look into why Nintendo suddenly became obsessed with merchandising games. They need to reach into their drawer of little video game guys sometime

Because, HOLY SHIT would I buy that stuff so fast as a consumer. I may hate random advertising for games I don't like, but have a plushie of the game's little guy mascot in target and I will eat that shit up.

If they got a proper merchandising arm, selling Loco roco, Sly Cooper, Astro Bot, and Sackboy plushies They'd learn pretty fuckin quick how much money that makes compared to this constant gamble of live services. It would definitely make more overall, but importantly, would be WORLDS more stable.

Idea: either for the sequel or a spinoff. Elden ring should try making it's main hub have proper multiplayer lobbies the way NMS does it. Have a big door people can leave through with friends or by themselves to join back into the game proper.

Today marks the start of my finals week so I've got a belief system to share the you can take with you and believe if you want. Self-centeredness isn't just human nature, all of us were born without the ability to care for others. That part of the brain doesn't even grow in until afterwards.

It's why we refer to those who, as adults, are self-obsessed as acting like children. Or are even horribly stunted in their development. It's also why there's a shared belief that those who have trouble caring for themselves may have a form of psychosis. Care for yourself is extremely natural.

We are a species comprising a chaotic soup of emotions and opinions, there will never be one specific bad, good, or neutral party. That is the stuff of fairy tales, as those are the only place you'll find things so black and white or clean and cut.

If y'all wanna fight the evil in the world or whatever, what about those big charity groups that continue to exist even after nearly the entire group their meant to represent opening hate on them every chance they get?

I have just learned that Valve's next gen vr system might just be essentially a steam deck that you strap to your face. That it'll of course still play vr games, but most of the time it'll be a self contained, big ass virtual screen for steam deck games. ... Holy FUCK am I excited for that.

I feel like we brought over the heavy heavy liberal democrat population of Twitter along with the rest of us and it's starting to show up more. Not saying I'm regretting the choice to move over here, I'm loving it, I just noticed it's getting a little obnoxious.

To clarify, I'm mostly Democrat myself. Not a thing wrong with self identifying on that side or holding up those beliefs. I'm talking about the crazies that exist on both sides, and my own noticing that we've brought over a couple more from the blue side than I was expecting.

Stupidest thing I've seen, even since I first joined twitter like 4-5 years ago, is people going "X is the problem with Y" X being whatever is popular and Y being something that people have clear differing opinions on. Then like 2 hours later, "Oh didn't ask for so much toxicity" like stfu

It clearly isn't engagement farming, because they'll then shut off comments. It's either pure narcissism or a genuine naive thought process, thinking you're the only one who's figured everything out and expecting everyone to just agree with you immediately once you've posted.
