Nobody should face legal consequences without being found guilty in a court of law, and he won't need to worry about that. People can and do face societal consequences all the time for the things they do and say that people talk about and that's fine. If he feels someone lied he can pursue libel.

This is interesting because I’m a man and I saw Swalwell’s video today and immediately saw that he’s, at best, a grade A creep. Yes, it’s for the justice system to decide if what he did constitutes criminality. But, it’s for citizens to judge him on whether he’s fit to be a person of standing.

"Innocent until proven guilty" applies to the question of whether someone should be imprisoned. IMO, that's irrelevant to whether someone is qualified to serve in Congress. Swalwell clearly is not. And he should probably be imprisoned, but I agree that's a question for the courts.
