🚀 Excited to share something I’ve been working on: NSBuddy is live! 👨🏻‍💻 It helps you stay productive by automating the boring stuff 👇 #BuildInPublic #Shipaton

I really like Liquid Glass. It felt strange at first, but now, after weeks of using macOS 26 and since yesterday iOS 26, I love it. Also, it feels so fast and so smooth.

What would you recommend for analytics in a macOS app? Until now, I only had Firebase in mind. But I’ve seen that TelemetryDeck could also be a good choice. Any other options? I mainly prioritize simplicity, and I highly value user privacy

Considering new ideas for development. NSBuddy seems promising with significant potential, but positioning and clearly defining a toolbox on macOS presents challenges.

After that, you’d need to evaluate if the cost (effort, time) is worth the potential market — for example, with a quick SEO or ASO analysis. 🕵️‍♂️

These are the apps you: • Need ❤️ • Like 🙂 For one reason or another, you already know them well — and you probably know their market, or at least their users.

After paternity leave and vacations are coming to an end, it’s time to think about how to organize time between family, 9-to-5 work, side projects, and training…

A bit frustrating to get a one-star rating without any feedback on what needs to be improved. Anyway, this is a long run, and I just need to keep working on improving it. How do you handle this situation? #iOSDev #BuildInPublic

As an #iOSDev, I often lose time with repetitive tasks: • Clearing Derived Data & SwiftUI previews • Formatting / validating JSON & Regex • Converting JSON → Swift structs • Generating CoreData / SwiftData queries

It was super easy to integrate a feedback system in my app thanks to Votice. Since NSBuddy is an app for Apple developers, knowing their needs is key for me. Now I have very valuable information to improve my app #BuildInPublic

Newsletter ready to send tomorrow! If you are an #iOSDev struggling yet with concurrency, don’t miss this one. Learn something new about Swift every week. Consistency is what compounds.

The week is ending, and I’m still working on NSBuddy. This time, I wanted to improve some UI/UX details based on the feedback I’ve been receiving. New version submitted. I hope you can see the new stuff on the App Store soon. #Shipaton #BuildInPublic #iOSDev

Finally, I updated the icon for NSBuddy. Although Apple recommends uploading a square icon, it doesn’t work on macOS Sequoia… so sometimes you just have to listen to your friends 😉 #BuildInPublic

TIL Although Apple recommends in the guidelines to upload a square icon, it doesn't apply to rounded corners in macOS Sequoia. Fortunately, this is fixed in Tahoe. #iOSDev #macOSDev

The #Shipaton continues. New update for NSBuddy. I’m reorganizing the main view — I think it looks cleaner with a NavigationSplitView showing 2 panels for category and tools, instead of 3 like before. #BuildInPublic

One Swift Thing #6 is out! 🚀 This week: Swift concurrency just got easier with Default Actor Isolation in Swift 6.2. Less boilerplate, fewer headaches. Have you tried it yet? #iOSDev

Another day working with NSBuddy for the #Shipaton. With the rise in AI usage, it’s great to have a prompt library that can sync across devices. Easy to set dynamic values before copying. Soon, I'll add rules and agents. #BuildInPublic

Another day working on NSBuddy, another day building features for the #Shipaton. Now, you can navigate to Apple Design Resources and design apps accurately and quickly using official Apple design templates, icon production templates, color guides, and more.

The good thing about using an app from an #IndieDev: You can report bugs or suggest new features, and get them fixed by the next morning. Now it’s time to wait for Apple’s review and start working on the new suggestions. #BuildInPublic #Shipaton
