Texas Street was repaved from Madison to Monroe. Retaining car storage was the priority over the safety of people riding bikes. Even this new exceptionally short bike lane was blocked by an illegally parked car. The curb was a faded red where it was parked.

While I favor the fare increase, there's a huge difference in how elected officials respond to people that drive versus those that use transit. People that drive to Balboa Park get to keep all of the parking and pay nothing while those using transit will pay more and possibly get less service.
