Why are the Trump tariffs “reciprocal” but Chinas are “retaliatory?” The tariffs Trump imposed had no relation to the tariffs charged by our trading partners, but China’s tariffs matched what Trump imposed on that country. Seems to me the Trump tariffs are retaliatory and China’s are reciprocal.
