Monthly Recap Gallery: September 2026 Month of doodles and scribbles and hatching, with some attempts of including backgrounds and story a bit more. Also began a contract with regular weekday work (and Cintiq plugged on separate pc) so maybe a little less pieces than some of the previous months.

So far I gotta say Castlevania:Belmont’s Curse is fun. Heavier on the traversal skill use than typical for a Castlevania but the game has been forgiving so far.

Alt version, with the original character color scheme. Not what I originally had in mind when I drew this, like, at all, but decided I wanted to go ahead with it and see where it goes. kinda clashes but, sometimes, vibrant colors in dark places is how old tv cartoon/anime/games popped out on screen.

Soon we’re gonna have to get off the internet because of all the ai and bots and spying, but at the same time they’re gradually shutting down postal services.

The little robo drone can extend the side contraptions to then unfold into legs, to replace treads where legs would be advantageous.

problem with my baseball cap that says “I’d Rather Be Drawing” is that I can’t draw in public without becoming a character anymore. I don’t draw if I wear it 🥲

more doodling today. think the vertical format is starting to help with making more posture-focused images, and reshuffling my composition habits a little. I used to use the same horizontal format for years as it stemmed from storyboarding canvas.

Stop trying to develop skills to create anything. Just use technology to steal someone else's effort. At least that's what the entire economic world and governments seem to be telling us.

ah all the different creative artistic ways I could represent mammary papillas, held back by judgemental fear of the haters of the world. ....might sound weird but I don't draw those all that often. I do hint at them a lot lately

ah. yeah. the pen nib at the end of her weapon is a SpeedBall (BowlPoint). I wrote "balloon" instead of "ball" for like, legal stuff maybe? So yeah. An the Turbo SpeedBalloon Plus is an inker's best friend when comes time to face the big tasks.

Checking Bioware news (EA shttering them). All these consolidations are shedding off last 30 years gaming legacies. We'll have to look for new upstarts that won't sell their skin soon in the game to, uh, repopulate the gaming gut with a healthy, exciting new gaming biome. subtle "metaphors" here.
