They've been told that those things are bad because Trump supports them, and to get mad about economically irrelevant social issues.

US policy seems designed to lower the wages of American workers to raise the wealth of the 0.1%. We are forced to compete with illegal immigrants over here, and with poor Chinese over there. Wages forced down, corporate profits up in both cases. The young are especially hard hit.

I feel pretty good today. Politics won't bother you if you don't let it. It's a choice. Objectively speaking, things are not that bad compared to many times in the past. Excessive worry is a cost you don't have to pay.
