Earlier this year, DOJ called for input on upcoming changes to #FARA, the US #ForeignAgent law. C&SN & #CivilSociety partners highlighted that the proposed amendments failed to address “FARA’s overbreadth and vagueness" which can undermine #FirstAmendment rights & easily be weaponized bit.ly/3FgyAmR
