Came up with a real simple way to make these flasks look like they have liquid! πŸ’¦ 1. Model glass & invert the normals 2. Model the liquid 3. Rig the liquid with a bone facing up 4. in engine apply "jiggle physics" with negative gravity #gamedev #unity #blender #animation #b3d

Meet the pufferlizard <3 I recorded the entire process of rigging/animation so be on the lookout for that soonβ„’ πŸ‘€ Go find him in the sand kingdom in Demi and the Fractured Dream #blender #animation #gamedev #b3d

More animation for #demi Animation layers to the rescue once again! Animating the actual cast and wiggle together sounded difficult and annoying so I animated them separately and combine them using layers. #animation #blender #b3d #gamedev #indiedev

In games you get to blend between many different actions to come up with new actions. Why not use a similar system when making the animation in the first place? #animation #3danimation #blender #indiedev #demi

Finally getting into some VFX for demi! The sword slashes really came together and now that i have this system down i feelin gooood! #animation // #gamdev // #indiegame // #vfx // #realtimeVFX // #unity

Playing with some smear frames! ...of course it was supposed to be his last anim but I feel required to slot this in to as many other places as i can🀣 #blender // #b3d // #gamedev // #animation // #indiedev // #3danimation

Setting up the cloth & wiggle physics is always one of the most satisfying parts! You get to watch your character really come to life! We use a combo of Magica Cloth 2 and Tail Animator 2 #blender // #gamedev // #animation // #3danimation // #Unity3d // #MadeWithUnity

Words were failing me so I roughed out the sketch with grease pencil to get approval for the final animation before animating the final. I was surprised how much that little sketch ended up helping me w/ timing. #blender // #b3d // #gamedev // #animation // #indiedev

You are up to date.
