Knowledge should be shared, not gatekept. the unwritten rules of technical leadership exist because experienced engineers hoard them. They become the "tribal knowledge" that only Incumbents carry. I recorded them. politics, standups, the cover-your-ass moments, human stuff nobody talks about.
