lmao at the people who are like "your move, China" about a video of a car bouncing in the air. Buddy they are eating lunch reading leisurely on a 150 mph train to the free doctor, you are paying $5 a gallon to spar with satan 8 times a day

I like that they acted really scared about a fake story about a congressman getting treatment but just shrugged at the guy who said "I'll stop being an alcoholic when I'm in charge of the military"

In case you aren't knee-deep in the latest MAGA conspiracy theory, this is a response to the "bombshell" that James Talarico spent the past week-plus secretly seeking treatment at an Ohio mental health facility, and a GOP operative broke the case with a late-night phone call.

Weird date for the president to choose to hang out with a bunch of strangers

I think Primetime is ultimately a movie about actual media literacy so it makes sense that it's causing confusion in an audience that thinks media literacy means "can you tell if character is good or bad"

Warner Bros: Godzilla...he is like a superhero Toho: Hiroshima Warner Bros: Team of monsters...Avengers Toho: Hiroshima Nagasaki Warner Bros: Monster fight...many monsters Toho: Hiroshima Nagasaki war is bad Warner Bros: Fights...war...new lore Toho: 9/11 Hollywood trades: Godzilla At The Oscars?

Well son, it was the early 21st century ya see, and a bunch of adults got their feelings hurt when news made them reflect on bigotry, so they decided that first amendment was just about getting to say slurs and the mean news should just go away. That's why air's poison now. Now eat your squirrel

You know liberals like this don't actually mind Trump because they are perfectly willing to endorse his practice of selectively denying reality. They are the reason the GOP is able to push the boundaries of acceptable behavior further and further. They are allies in the resulting moral erosion

Good job by this reporter but we are at the point where the only way to deal with these people is reminding them over and over again that they see the world more through the eyes of Jeffrey Epstein's best friend, their alleged political enemy, The Teen Beauty Pageant Guy, than the entire UN

NEWS: Robert Kraft says he will commit $2 million to humanitarian aid in the Middle East after Ed Sheeran offered $2 million of his own, following the fallout from Macklemore’s removal from Sheeran’s tour. Kraft did not specify where the money will go or which organizations will receive it.

yeah like imagine a fascist dancing to the song 'YMCA' that would just be ridiculous

Zack Snyder insists that making ‘the gayest movie ever’ in ‘300’ means he’s on the right side of history when it comes to his new movie’s alleged fascism.

Mitch McConnell is back! People thought he might be dead but he's back at work, and alive. "Great job today, Mitch!" people are probably saying, now that he is back at his job where he receives money to do challenging work, alively

"Let's do some work!" Mitch likely said, heart still pumping blood through his body to a functional brain which is being used to accomplish tasks. Those who speculated on the stability of the institution in which he retains a vital role look foolish, as he is visibly Alive and Back at His Job

I am 28 I work for the president my job is Associate Memesmith I tap "handsome man chiseled jaw American flag Armani" into my special phone app 6 times every other weekend I make $30 million a year from a public fund that used to be for cancer research I DO NOT ask questions I WILL do this forever

Problem here is gonna be getting parents not to use it when they help their kids with homework

Technology being everywhere doesn’t mean it belongs everywhere. The tech industry wants us to believe that AI in early education is not only inevitable, but necessary. We don't see it that way. This week, we announced a moratorium on generative AI for public school students in 2-K to 8th grade.

All the top news stories in China are like "Solar Energy Production 50000% Higher; School Children Rescued From Nepal Glacier Collapse" and in the U.S. it's "Does Wind Happen At Night? Why This Giant Forest Could Be Computer"

I wish people obsessed with AI-assisted media would be honest about the fact that they do not have the skills or work ethic to create something themselves. No you did not "make this with AI" you used technology that violates intellectual property laws because you are lazy and/or untrained.

Plenty of adults can admit they don't know how to fix a car or cook a meal and endure the mild humility of outsourcing that task to another adult. For some reason, when it comes to media, people simultaneously crave the fulfillment of a craft & belittle experience in said craft. It's childish.

This is most evident in the marketing efforts of AI companies themselves, which depend on strategic communication to mostly older investors who are enticed by media but fairly ignorant or apathetic to its production process. The money only exists through a charade of shamelessness.
