Another sleepless night of feeling like shit yay

3:43 AM and my throat feels so sore I can't sleep yay

“For your information, I prefer PC Ports, recomps, mods and hacks MADE BY MAN!”

Man

Done a bit more writing tonight and have basically finished. I'll need edit and cut some parts no doubt... but based on the wordcount I'd say this'll end up being a 20-ish minute video. Hopefully I can make a start before my brain properly bails on me again.

Sir Daniel Fortesque ⚔ from MediEvil! Just started this game for the first time ever on PSX! Absolutely wonderful, creative, and such fun 🦴💚 #playstation #psx #medievil #halloween #retrogames #90s

Random but I won't lie, I kinda like the idea of "better than they needed to be" licences games coming back. Would love a Looney Tunes game collection some day.

That was good

Forget the monsters. These days I'm far more scared of just the act of walking around some of these mid-game levels in MediEvil. I died twice just trying to talk to the boat man.

Not sure what to make of the fact I was REALLY into doing this for about a week... and now it's yet another thing I can't be bothered with.

When you click a video that looks like the exact kind of motivation you need to hear... just for it to do the exact opposite and make all doubts and shitty thoughts grow stronger. Yay!

I've started watching Alien Earth and straight away I'm so glad they kept the Weyland-Yutani ship looking like a pile of junk with the old CRT monitors. I always loved that look!

Has anyone done this yet? #RaymanLegendsRetold #Rayman

Meanwhile, in the UK...

How it felt today taking a rucksack with £45 worth of bagged small change to a post office on foot:

Genuinely can't put into words how uncanny this looks to me compared to the original 2D artwork.

Why the fuck does Betilla look like she's teleported in from a completely different game tho

I don't really wanna spend £60 on the new one so I did a bit of tinkering... and got the PC version of X-Men Origins Wolverine working on my steam deck! Straight away it just feels nice playing this at a higher frame rate. It was always kinda choppy on Xbox 360 and PS3 back then.

Definitely Crash Bandicoot

They clearly delayed Rayman Legends Retold to ensure it's an actual WiiU exclusive this time

Don't need to buy Wolverine as I already know what it's like to be a 5ft tall very angry man

Never mind, I found a solution. Play 'em again.

Now what?

When you finish 3 games worth talking about and still feel unmotivated to make videos.

I like how this turned out.

Howdy! There's somebody reposting my cartoons on Tiktok. Seems they've stolen from other artists too. If you've got a minute, I'd love some help reporting this frick!
